The receptionist I dealt with on my first day was lovely, and I cannot fault her work. The location of the hotel was great.||Unfortunately the shower head was not working correctly, however the reception staff attended to it the day I reported it and had it replaced. Cleaning staff didnât clean up after the plumber and I had mud in my shower for the rest of the stay. The room was also dusty.||The most upsetting part was that the air conditioner didnât work. Reception staff were great in informing me that they called the air conditioning specialist in to fix it however it wouldnât be fixed till the following day. They offered me a down graded room for the night; which I passed up on due to the downgrade and the stress of moving for one night. I asked if the heater could be turned on to which I was told it wouldnât be turned on till next week. The air conditioner was never fixed, and it was quite cold in my room. |In hindsight, I would have stayed elsewhere. I paid a lot more money to stay at a hotel which was meant to be better quality but I feel that I got equivalent to a...
Read moreOkay. So, being a FIFO worker, I've stayed everywhere in Bathurst. I've made it my mission to compare different hotels/motels. My company booked me the Queen standard. Then I called and asked for a free upgrade to the Executive suite. They did at no cost. Mind you it's winter and quiet. But I do have to say, this is by far THE BEST place for accommodation I've stayed in at Bathurst. If you want somewhere new, comfortable, spacious, with a bath that can fit a 5'11" male, this is your place! It's quiet, has a couch, and everything else you need, easy parking and sells wine, then don't look past here. I think it's even much better than the Rydges. The ONLY downfall compared to other places I've stayed in Bathurst is that it's not walking distance to everywhere in the CBD, but it is only 4 minutes drive. Then again, a 20 minute walk is nothing if you're fit and want exercise. I just wish it had Netflix that comes with the room! đ Did I mention there's a spa ??!!...
Read moreWe stayed one night at Littomore and found the receptionist very friendly. The room was on the smaller size but was clean and tidy. The room had a microwave, toaster, kettle and appropriate dinnerware. The room was quiet and was in close proximity to town with good areas for parking. Sadly the restaurant wasnât open however it was a short walk into town for an amazing pizza. The only issue was the aircon making loads noises - we turned it off and the room remained warm throughout the night. The receptionist was advised of the issue for follow up but it didnât detract...
