Beachport Motor Inn — Hotel in Beachport

This was the most unhygienic motel l have been to.|The pic above was my room. When l entered l thought what a lovely clean room untill l went to have a shower.|I refused asking for a cleaner room as l'm experienced in this field. We went from room to room trying to find me a healthy bathroom.|Finally we came to a room that they don't use. Still was filthy but much cleaner than the others.|As we went from room to room l explained l used to be in that field and had several stuff under me.|I told her lf one of my cleaners was to clean any bathroom you have showed me they would if be corrected or dismissed for hygienic reasons.|I then coped she was thrown in the deep end and was told only to use viniger to clean. I told her that was unacceptable.|She then blamed the people who did the tiles and said they didn't seal them so it has stacked up the scum.|I gave her much encouragement believing her and show her how to make a bed without breaking her back and saving time. I also advised her on chemicals that need to be used in bathrooms so people would not contact foot disease. So l spent my 1st night being transferred from room to room giving advice and then left with nothing to use as utensils to eat my dinner. She wouldn't answer the phone or messages. By this stage l was really tired and annoyed.|Dispute After her buying some stuff l recommend. The next morning she was using viniger again.|3 days l was there with no service of room and when l popped my head out the door to ask for some toilet paper l was told I'M WITH A CLIENT WAIT.|Well l was a paid client that didn't rest all night to help her .|I still when l left striped the bed to help here and left an encouraging letter. I got a response of thankyou for the kind letter.|How ever since then l have left messages spoken to her and emailed her to simply ask the name of the bed l slept in as it was the only good thing. I slept a woke up with no pain. She has not even had the respect to return the favour or help me bee pain free.|I will leave you with some photos. Each...

Edit: Due to my review, the company decided to provide an additional 100 dollars in compensation and has been attentive to my complaint. The location of the hotel is definitely its best perk, therefore if they solve the open items it would definitely be worth visiting.

Do not recommend! I booked an apartment and was assigned a standard room. Apartments have kitchens meaning that I didn’t have a kitchen in the room I got and I had to spend much more of what I budgeted in food because of this. I was then suggested to cook on a staff kitchen meters away from my room and the hot plates of the kitchen were extremely unreliable. To top it up, the standard room I was assigned to had a stained, dirty and smelly toilet. I am extremely mad at myself for not having photographed the toilet, I would have included here. The reimbursement they decided to provide for all the inconvenience, dirty facilities and extra expenses I had to incur on? 32 dollars. I would have looked for alternative accomodation as soon as I saw the toilet but being a busy time of the year, it was all booked out; we even thought about returning home but home is 7 hrs away which turn out to be 9 hrs with a toddler....

Our third stay at the Beachport Motor Inn.||The room was backing onto Railway Tce and almost next door to the Beachport Hotel. Neither of these provided any issues regarding sound etc during the night. It contained all the basics required in a room for a short stay. Power points were adequate for the tech savy traveller. We did not use the Wifi as we hotspot through our phones. The Information Folder was very thorough in providing information about the motel and the area. Bed was comfortable and meant a good night’s sleep. Shower was hot with a steady flow.||Parking was sort of dedicated with parking spots delineated outside each room. We had the experience where someone thought our designated spot was better than theirs. It was only one of the three nights there so didn’t really faze us at all.||Well laid out in a quadrangle effect, with night lighting, easy access and central to the town and other roads to different destinations.
