The cabins we stayed in were comfortable & clean. We booked a pet friendly cabin so our pups could stay inside. The best thing is that the door to the bedroom can be closed. The 1st night in cabin 3, the cabin is a little old, but nice and clean. The hot water did not work in this room, but the artesian water was just warm enough for a shower.

The second night stop over cabin 2, was also nice & clean. The bed & pillows were very comfy, but an extra blanket was needed. There is no ac in the bedroom, so needed to leave the bedroom door open to get the heated air in the room. We would have been more comfortable with a blanket and closing the door. We were not informed of an extra charge for having 2 dogs on the second night, until we checked in. An extra $25, not sure why cleaning for one is the same as cleaning for 2 and it is not like they are using the amenities.

I called to book to try and minimise confusion. The whole booking was messed up, with 2cabins booked for one night, and another booked for our return trip. When we returned there was more confusion about...

We arrived at 5:30am on the bus, we went out to leave our belongings in the office and as the room was ready, we were able to book in early. The room was really well set up, clean tidy. Walking around the park was relaxing, took some great photos of the antique's kept around the place. Campers' toilets and showers were well maintained and clean. Internet had great service. I really appreciated the warm welcome extended to us by the owners Jordan and Samantha. Thanks for letting Erik borrow your guitar, he is looking forward to jamming with you when we next come out. Thank you both for searching for his wallet and posting it back to us. A big thank you to you both for letting us use your kitchen and toilet facilities after we booked out and waited for the bus. We will both be out to stay...

Hard to improve on all the fantastic reviews for this beautiful homely little park. Top marks all around from how neat clean and tidy it is kept, each individuals needs addressed as best as practically possible. To the lovely couple who run the place are the cherry on top of the cake. And no missing out on a hot shower! Always plenty of hot water. My only complaint "I don't want to go home". Well done. Blackall is a beautiful little town with beautiful residents. Definitely worth stopping for at least a couple of nights. I will definitely be back! And my fur baby was welcomed. Which to me, and many others is priceless.

In all honesty, I cannot say a single bad thing about this beautiful place.

Keep up your amazing efforts. They are noted and greatly...

Had 5 nights here, what a great park. Owners Jordan and Sam are excellent to deal with. Very friendly and welcoming. Amenities look a bit old but that's only the facade, they have lots of old tools and items of memorabilia on the external walls of corrugated iron, and in the vicinity too, they are en-suited and very good quality. Looks are deceiving, but they certainly are well presented. Lots to see and do around town, so it's definitely worth taking a break here. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay again if in the area. Gus and Kerrie Brisbane.

Small park with limited number of powered sites. Have cement slabs but most are cracked. Sites are reasonably level. Facilities are old but well maintained. Water is drawn from artesian basin so will smell slightly of sulphur. Best part of stay is the staff who were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend short stays up to three nights to see the sites of Blackall and enjoy the natural artesian baths for $2.00 pp.
