3 nights extended to 5 pre booked, 2 adults, powered site. RACQ members with reciprocal rights. This is one of the best parks we have encountered. They have set the bar high with a commercial grade camp kitchen, spacious and well appointed games room, kids play area and pool zone. The amenities are very good with a new block of ensuite style opening during our stay which were exceptional. Plenty of washing machines/dryers as well as heaps of line space. The only issue we spoke of was the narrow roads between sites causing some campers grief trying to reverse larger vans to site. There was considerable movement of cars near us to allow for new arrivals or those leaving to safely navigate. The roads are one way however this doesn’t prevent the wrangle. I would suggest more attention is paid to the size of the set-up and the site allocations when booking. Highly recommend this park when visiting Esperance.

Absolutely spectacular, this caravan and camp ground sets the Gold standard for touring stays. With it's spacious powered sites, villas and 5 star amenities it compliments the sensational scenery that is so close by. The camp kitchen, recreation room, pool, laundries and ablution amenities are state of the art, they even have a pamper station for your furry friends should you take them on a well deserved holiday also. The staff are extremely attentive, friendly and helpful and have great local knowledge of the region. Town is literally 3 mins from the park should you require supplies and the best instagramable beaches are only a 15 to 20min drive west. Cape Le Grande, Lucky Bay and Frenchman's Peak a little further east but well worth the 40min trip. Thanks heaps RAC Esperance loved the experience and definitely coming back 😎🏖👍👍👍

The park facilities are nice and new, however the staff have zero care for their customers welfare. We had a large branch fall onto our new van and the park manger didn’t even bother to call us. The assistant manger was only concerned about the park’s liability and did not once ask if we were ok, instead said it isn’t that bad, just took pictures and waddled back to her office. We called the RAC Perth office and requested a refund which they had to then ask for the managers permission. Honestly, we understand unfortunate events occur, however the staff displayed appalling behaviour when it came to our safety and welfare. So beware if you have a branch fall on your van as the RAC will not cover anything under their insurance and remember you sign a waver prior to entering the park.

Beautiful location and amazing family only bathrooms with full sized bath tubs in them! My kids were so happy having a real bath as we travel full time and I was happy this feature cost me nothing extra lol.

Sites are so crammed in and wish reception would have asked the simple questions such as would you like to be closer to ablutions, people or options of what available etc which the park I use to work at we always asked little questions like that. We ended up packed in amongst alot of grey nomads. I had a walk around the park later and noticed the back areas were so empty and we would of preferred that along with using the smaller camp kitchen as it suits us more to contain the little ones when having dinner instead of a large kitchen with lots going on. Don't get me wrong though the main kitchen is amazing with space for everyone and lots of little chit chat happening with fellow travellers.

Cons would be-

  1. Not engaging with guests in regards to sites when it's empty enough.

  2. Having to go and ask for family room code as wasn't told when checking in (staff in the park was super helpful with this though and very friendly)

  3. Only 1 remote to share between games room and kitchen which totals 3 different TVs and alot of hunting for the remote. (They could have 3 remotes and just have them chained on the wall)

  4. Small sites with narrowing roads making it hard to manoeuvre or get to site when someone is setting up.

  5. No dishwashing liquid dispenser or paper towels in the kitchen.

  6. No recycling bin in kitchen

Overall we have enjoyed our stay amd what's on offer here and would recommend this park but just wanted to note the few little things above. Everything was absolutely beautiful, staff friendly and location perfect for a stroll along the beach. Kids highlight has definitely been the playground and bath in family room 😊

We didn't swim in the pool as although says heated it was not warm enough to feel we could swim but saw others still giving...

I have never had to make a bad review before but this is the worst, the staff were disrespectful, unhelpful and racist. We were booking 4 nights with 1 bedroom studio and 3 bedroom bay villa. On our second day when we came back from outside and noticed that the air conditioner were leaking, we let the staff know that the air con is leaking and sofa bed is wet. She came to our room to have a look and she said the manager and the maintenance staff can not make it today which is understandable. Though, after she made a phone call she told us that the manager will be in to check and fix it the next morning then she went back to her office because we forgot to ask her what time the manager is coming in. Instead of telling us what time the manager coming in she told us that if we’re not happy we can leave and go stay somewhere else in a very rude way, I was ver stunned from the words that came out from her mouth, how could you say that to your customer, she’s so unprofessional. I then said no to her and said I have book this for more than 6 months ago and I have paid for it so no way we’re not leaving. I then asked her again about roughly what time is your manager coming in as we have plans and schedule for the day, she replied 8 am and turned herself away. After that she called us to go to her office to get the bucket and towel, we said no and tell to bring bring it our room because we were out for dinner already. The most shocking part is when the manager came in the morning and we explained what happened how your staff have been treating us, instead of apologising and ask us to explain in more details he said that maybe it’s because we were rude to her first. I noticed straight away why she’s so confident with her bad attitude because her manager is always backing her up. We’ve stayed in hotels and resorts around world and this is the worst customer...
