Caravan Stay. First contact (reception) ok. Worker to help you reverse if needed. Two set amenities in camp ground One brick structure which is modern clean and up to date. One ATCO huts but still very clean ( water pressure on these better than brick ones.)They also have toilets near pool but shower was not working. The fault with the main toilets is that there is no walkway between sites so you are forced to walk though other campers sites. No kids play ground but plenty room for kids to run around. NO PETS. Some sites are angled some sites straight back up A few limited overnight drive throughs Sites are fairly spacious and 90 per cent shaded. Trying hard to maintain grassed area but drought beating them. Good size swimming pool They have a Bistro near pool. (Licences not BYO) About 5 kilometres from town off highway so fairly quiet. Gas BBQ thoughout the park. One small camp kitchen type amenity near laundry but there is a bigger one near ATCO toilets. Three glamming tents and three cabins. Huge non powered camp grounds. They allow washing vans and cars but on the grassed area (assists with watering lawn) TV reception good Phone reception good Internet fair. Only 4 stair because have to walk through other campers sites to get to toilet and because when so much space available for the caravans they crammed campers together when they could have spread out about. Stayed at other park in Katherine and I thought this one more suited to our lifestyle. Would I recommend for...

We had a fantastic stay here in a Glamping tent. From the super warm reception through to the quality of the tent (air-conditioned) through to the facilities, I was very impressed with this location. The grounds are well maintained, the caravan spots are large, and the amenities blocks are top class. It was also generously sprinkled with barbecue areas.
There was also a big pool but it could probably do with a few extra lazy chairs.
There’s also a very big laundry area and it only cost four dollars for a load.
I was floored by the reception when I checked in. The staff member that served me had the biggest smile and made me feel so welcome upon arrival. I even had to change my booking from two nights to one night and she said that although they can’t give me a cash refund they could give me a credit or I could spend that credit in store. The credit was good for all Breeze caravan parks. I decided just to buy some wine instead. Although I didn’t get a cash refund it was as good as cash and I appreciated the flexibility.
The park is about six minutes from the centre of town. This is a good thing because it is very quiet and feels very secure. Katherine can be known for its late night early-morning noise and it can be unsettling if you’re staying in the city. But no such problems here.
It’s also very close to the Katherine Springs. Although you can walk to them, it’s Better to drive if you’re going in the...
Read more2 stars for the hot shower I eventually got to have ...in the morning...worst "sleep" I've had for a long time!! On arrival to our camp site was looking forward to going to the toilet and having a lovely hot shower after being hours on the road, only to find there is no water at all and had to wait a couple of hours!! Was so tired that I never got to shower !! When water came on did 1 load of washing which cost $18.00 due to the water malfunctions 😡Then, we had a neighbour (who appears to be a permanent resident) with Banash electrical on the door of his car who was drinking, burping loudly and frequently and enjoying a smoke of what smelt like pot, who thought it was perfectly acceptable to blast loud music from his car while he sat next to his tent 2 sites down from us. This stopped around dinner time (thankfully). We did not want to go and ask to turn the music down as we were worried of possible consequences. Then, just start to doze off and could hear a party start up by the "locals" along the river, which went on and off ALL night!! After getting stuff all sleep we packed up and left at approximately 5am. WHAT A ROTTEN PLACE TO BE ON A...
