We only stayed one night, but my wife was pleased with the rooms - so often there are not enough horizontal surfaces to place things, but no such issue at Centrepoint Motel Deniliquin. Also, after poor sleep elsewhere due to way too soft mattresses, we welcomed the slightly firmer and comfortable bed in our room. As EV drivers, we were also very satisfied with the free charging facility - 3 chargers are provided - which in a remote location as Deniliquin provides peace of mind that your vehicle will be fully charged before check-out. As noted elsewhere, we did not even notice any road noise and food options are plentiful within very short walking distance. Service was most friendly and efficient.

Great host. Best accommodation in town. The room had tons of space. The beds were very comfortable. Parking rule is first in, best dressed, but there is ample parking on the street. The place is adjacent to all the shops and if you like fast food, Mc Dz is across the road. Top place. I'll defz be back. If you're like me, i love a microwave. I'm over the takeaway food, so i prefer frozen meals. Big tick.

Aggressive Confrontational Owner. Not recommended for Car Clubs.

Stayed here with our car club from Geelong. 12 rooms booked. Yes, 12 rooms.

Never again.

Very aggressive confrontational behavour from the so called owner "Brett" after we started our unmodified vintage car at 7:50am (8:50am on the old time as we moved our clocks back during the night). Car was only idling in the driveway with no-one in it as we were preparing to leave not reving or anything.

Brett was very aggressive towards me, told me to turn the car off or get off the property. He even threatened to get in and turn the car off himself. He told us to leave.

So we left, never to return.

We were entitled to still be there, many of our group were still packing their things. Basically he kicked us out.

If he took a proper customer service approach the outcome would be very different. We have stayed at many many motels with our club and never experienced anything like Brett's behaviour

There was no apology or refund from the management for being told to leave! Appalling customer service, read their response below. Maybe the Motel business is not for you.

I had stayed at the motel for the night due to working in the area. Upon arrival I was greeted & handed my room key 7, inspection of the room & bathroom, I had noticed the shower screen leaks & floods the bathroom from the corner nearest toilet. The fridge doesn't keep items cold on the lowest temperature. Also had noticed the bathroom window was missing about two inches of glass from the full window pane, reducing the privacy of the bathroom, as I could see out of it while using the toilet, staring at the people outside. I felt uncomfortable so I covered the window with some plastic. Later that night I had received a call at 7:11pm from reception asking me why I had covered the window, my response was to increase privacy. I was then told by reception that was not my reason for doing so & that I was smoking in the room. I was accused multiple times of my reason not to be true. I do not appreciate being accused of things due to my comfortability in somewhere there should be 100% privacy. I do not...
