Comfortable pillows and beds, clean rooms. Good place for weekend stopover. Parking right outside the door. Bar fridge had pair of glasses, wine goblets, small pack of milk. TV was not straightforward to use but finally worked it out to get regular Aussie channels. Place was quiet ie we could not hear our neighbours. We had a spa in our room and I used it the first night. Manager was helpful when I asked for a plastic chair for my hubby to use as he had was recovering from foot surgery and had to sit to shower. Thank you for your kind service

Clean rooms, nice management. Rooms getting a little run down and shabby. Needs some cosmetic upgrades with furniture, leaky shower. Gardens and pool area a bit unkempt. All in all happy with our stay :-)

Fantastic stay, quiet, clean, neat and tidy yards. Air-conditioning was great, so was the large flat screen tv. Would highly recommend 👌

The owner was very kind, to assist us during our disrupted holiday. We had chosen this motel for our planned trip from Melbourne to Grampians due to many reasons - good reviews, beautiful rooms, prime location, on-site carpark.

It is perfect as a rest stop in between Melbourne and the scenic Grampians Mountains as a round trip takes 6h. In order to gain more day time at Grampians, you can start travelling towards Grampians on the night before your planned hike and make a stop here at a very reasonable price (just ~1.5h from Melbourne), and continue your journey the next morning. This will reduce the initial travelling time to and from Grampians by half on the day of the hike.

This is great for road trippers who do not want to wake up at wee hours (5-6am) to start driving towards Grampians in the morning only to reach at 10am. Every additional hour at Grampians is extremely valuable as it means more time to explore the Mountains.

Plus! There are many supermarkets around (opens at 7am) for those who needs some last minute purchases. Also, breakfast places available from 6am onwards.

Lastly, not to mention the great food around Ballarat, and the extra explorations and adventures you can have in Ballarat!

We will definitely drop by...

Started out as a 5 star review, service spot on, room very good with excellent value for money, then struck the noise. First it came from the bathroom fan in the room next door. It was so loud we couldn't hear the tv without adjusting it to a level that would impact the room on the other side of us. You might say everyone has to use the bathroom and I totally agree but this was continuous for about an hour and a half. Coupled with this are neighbours could be heard thru the wall and it was so clear you could make out everything being said. Yes there voices were raised although tolerable for short periods of time it was not appreciated at 11:30 pm, especially as we were a sleep. Do not know what the solution could be, possibly quiter fans ( existing ones sound like calf cutters) but sound thru walls is another issue not easily addressed. Sorry to write this review but it did...

Definitely do not recommend, the spa hardly even worked, barely any hot water, One of the lights didn’t work so was quite dark in room, the drawer next to bed smelt like really disgusting weed and had little bits of weed in there 🤢 heater didn’t even work properly, got $50 taken from my account after I checked out, I called and asked why it was and was told it was because there was vomit on the floor, partner suffers from chronic vomiting, would of been more then happy to clean it up but had nothing to clean it up with? Then the person over the phone started having a go at me about something in the bath? All I was simply doing was asking why as I hadn’t been given a reason, it would be nice to be told before getting money taken out, Tbh doesn’t even deserve a...
