Hey, yeah nah all good, it’s great but it’s too far out of the town central, eastern beach is all good but the absolute state of the amentities in the oval is absolutely disgusting, the stalls need to go to the ground to prevent others from pissing on the ground and going into other stalls, the toilet stalls are too small, so he shower stalls are too low and you can easily see over them, the toilet paper is right on you, and dew to the stalls you are often pressed up against the s**t covered walls, there are only three stalls in a bathroom, where it is to provide for 100’s of sites, and they need to build a new set of amentities that are closer to the sites near the highway facing side, also the sites are quite unlevel and if it rains water doesn’t drain and it becomes a nightmare, god forbid you sleep in a swag coz there’s no good nights from either the unlevel grounds or the amount of tree roots and rocks in the ground, been here for 5-6 years in a row and it is an absolute nightmare, owners if you see this, do something about this ASAP, instead of replying with ‘oh we’re so sorry to hear’ not interested, spend $30,000 on a new set of amentities, spend a couple thousand to upgrade the set of stalls in the men’s toilets(U don’t need showers in the toilet side) and spend a bit of time during the quiet periods too upgrade the state of the park, level the ground out, increase the drainage, and even it could probably use some drainage points out the back for caravan showers, and possibly some more caravan septic drop offs, because trust me, only use the toilets as a last resort, DO SOMETHING, because we and our friends will not be returning again(oh and we know you have the money to spend, coz u know how to charge) other then that, just increasing the quality of life in basic needs of a caravan park and it could become lakes entrance greatest caravan park, even...

We stayed here during the peak period of January (something we would never do normally) and enjoyed it so much, have booked the following year already. The park is the closest one to the patrolled beach where children don't have to cross busy roads to access it. At the western end of the park, there is a huge shaded jumping pillow and this is a real kid zone. If you get a spot on the circle you can even watch your children from your caravan. The camp kitchen, toilet and shower facilities are really good, there is even a herb garden and small TV room. A toddler/baby room with bath is also available and serviced our needs well. At the eastern end of the park, the sites are a lot bigger and you aren't on top of each other like the western end. You are also a 3 min walk to the beach, so if you forget anything, you can always go back and get it. Western end people have to walk through the east if they want to walk to the beach. The toilet block is very basic though. The showers are very small and really need to be updated with more space so you can properly dry yourself. I guess this is the spin off of having a large site. The only playground is at the eastern end of the park, however it really isn't a long walk. There is also a public playground just outside the park on the way to the beach. We looked at all the other caravan parks in the area and decided this...

The disgusting state of the bathrooms was a huge letdown for this park! Unfortunately I visited with a broken leg and the distance from our site was so far (we politely asked if we could be moved closer to the amenities but this request was turned down), each time I visited the toilets I found them to be well below a hygienic standard. Yes it was a long weekend and obviously a peak time but the cleaning schedule was not upped until late Saturday (we checked in on Thursday), there was a sign on the back of doors advising to speak to the office if the facilities were not up to scratch, I did that and instead of complying and saying ‘thank you for mentioning that, we will get someone to grab a mop and attend to it straight away!’, but instead the staff became defensive and said they will stick to the ‘timed schedule’, not good enough! So I told them how difficult it was to shower in filth with a moonboot to worry about to I was given a key to the disabled amenities, these were OK but I was shocked to see on the cleaning schedule on the back door that it had not been attended to in 6 days even with at least one other person in possession of the disabled key. Mind boggling when sensitive parts need to be seated on the support chair! Do better...

If you are looking for a caravan park just out of Lakes Entrace this is it. The NRMA Eastern Beach CVPark is well maintained, good space, clean, friendly family environment and dog friendly too. The sites are roomy and the layout well thought out. Facilities are pretty good with fun activities and different sorts of mobile food trucks coming daily and the coffee cart daily as well. Very close walk to beautiful surf beach, nice walking tracks, and easy to get into town, where there is enough to fill your holiday activity quota. The price is pretty good too. We can recommend this caravan park for long or short stay, cabin, van, caravan or powered/un-powered tent sites. You can relax while the kids ride bikes scooter around, jump on the air pillow, swing or play on playground equipment, also has a great camp kitchen and laundry facilities too. Be prepared to get bugged about money for the claw machines (eh!). Be great if there was more of a games room like table tennis, pool table or other free type games for kids. (As there is only small TV room with books and kids drawing stuff) although there is a pool. Overall it's easy to book a site, definitely do the self check in for a smooth fast entry to the grounds. Have fun!

Had an amazing stay at this property in Lakes Entrance with two young kids. We stayed in the Riverside Deluxe Villa. Easy parking a short walk from the cabin. Cabin was spacious and beautiful (but could have used a slightly better clean up before we stayed, see photos as some examples of crumbs around the place) Staff were easy to deal with upon check in and check out. Secure caravan park with access code to enter and exit the property. Pool was warm and heated to 29 degrees. Playground for the kids was small but very much enjoyed by my toddler (one broken swing though) and the jumping pillow was a hit with my kids. It's in an excellent location as it's only a 5-8 min walk to access the beach and another playground. To get to the shops/main street, a 5 min drive away. We will definitely be back again and be recommending this property to all our family and friends.

stayed in the access friendly banksia villa with my elderly parents. the room was clean, equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. I really love the welcome letter addressing my name. this kind of little touches actually goes so far in showing how you strive for a superior level of customer care. online pre check in was easy which sped up the actual check in. friendly face at the Reception. location as a whole is good, although my elderly parents struggle to enjoy the surroundings as it is actually not that near to any views or beaches. but the vibe was very serene and calm and we loved the sunset colours when we were there. the only slight let down is the poor WiFi, which didn't really affect me but I imagine would for international visitors like my parents. all in all - impressive layouts of cabin that was comfortable and clean.
