We visited Dandenong Tourist park at 9th of June 2023 for the National Junior Basketball Tournament in Dangenong. This park is cozy and very nice, it’s right next to the main road with a Unique Access (that means no other people will access it unless the park guest or staffs) my family felt very safe in here! The check-in process is quick and smooth, the front desk lady had all my information ready and be able to finish the check-in in just 5-mins! The park itself is very cozy and has everything we need to staying, the kitchen, bathroom, toilets, and all other public places are clean and smell good, I do can see the staffs treat this place as their own house. They even put Live Music in the bathroom to keep showers fun and entertaining! The caravan site is big and very easy to park our 21-feet caravan, and each site has concrete slab, which keep our things nice and clean! One other thing I want to mentioned is the friendly owner/manager: since our basketball tournament ends at 11-12 Monday morning, which passes the 10am check-out time. The male manager/owner was very kind and gave us the late check-out after I mentioned it to him, so that we could keep our caravan in the park until my boy finished his last game. This helped us a lot since there is no place to park our big caravan near the Dandenong Stadium. When we are leaving the park, the lady staffs and the cleaning crew said Goodbye with a big smile! I will definitely choose to stay in this Caravan park if I have ever visit Mel. again! Just really hope the park could update their No-Dog policy so that guest could bring their furry friends during the visit.

We had a lovely stay, nice staff and service but there's nothing to do for the family when we was there .the game room was closed. So my kids didn't do much but if yous could come up with something better for the kids that would be great

Really pleasant stay at Big 4 Dandenong with my husband and our toddler on a powered site. This our first time away in the caravan too. We initially booked for a short stay & after a few days we requested to extend due to our surprise at how nice the place was. We are about to head off now and have been here a couple of weeks. The facilities are extremely clean. Showers, toilet and laundry all spotless. Playground and rec room was enjoyed by our toddler. Management have been very pleasant - even allowing us an extra car space when spot was available. Dandenong South is such a great position to get anywhere within 20 mins. Funtopia, Frankston Beach, Dandenong markets, Springvale and around 30 mins to Mornington Winery region. I felt really comfortable and safe in this tourist park - it has a good vibe about it. We are moving local so wouldn’t make sense to stay here again but Ill recommend it to...

We were pleasantly surprised that a small caravan park in a metropolitan area was super quiet. The ammenities were consistently meticulously clean. The reception staff were top-notch inviting and accommodating to our needs. The cabin we rented was suitably clean and decked out with all the comforts of home. The caravan site we rented had the space, power and water needed. When we arrived I dropped a glass jar on the ground when I exited my vehicle and it smashed, and the reception staff immediately attended to it with a dustpan and brush, without complaint. When we moved from a cabin to our caravan the reception staff were lenient with our check out times. The caravan park as a whole was absolutely fantastic and close to where we needed to go off-site during our stay and staff were just spectacular to deal with. Thank you...
