I bought this Aus-Punjab desi ghee for the first time and would never 👎🏻 buy this again. This is definitely not the real ghee as it doesn’t freeze once melted and stays in liquid form. I have made ghee at home many times and the real ghee always stay hard especially in the winters, and I had this happened to me just about last week. I had to return the whole 10kg bucket of ghee back to the shop. I have attached the photos as well for reference and would like to tell you all not to buy this brand ghee. The Worst Atta in the market!!! I usually use Pillsbury Gold Atta, I wanted to try something new so I bought a 5kg bag of this Atta and all the rotis came out rock hard dry after an hour of making. Another review here stated that their rotis came out with Sukhaa atta all over it. That also happened to mine also.

I bought the Aus Punjab Chakki Atta few times and it was very nice. It was brown and tasted very good. I bought the same atta last week and it appears to be blended.
