Just had a 3 night stay on a powered tent site, park itself is clean and quite shady. Check in was smooth, toilets and amenities clean. Camp kitchen quite big and clean. Great swimming pool with small water park next to pool for kids. Jumping pillow in playground which is extremely popular with kids. However, we did not have a relaxing stay. We was situated on site 69 which is literally 2m from the jumping pillow, at first I thought it was great when we arrived as we could watch our child easily in the playground. WRONG! Come 5pm, the playground and jumping pillow was filled with approx 20 kids, screaming, fighting and swearing using the most fowl language using the C word. The pounding of the jumping is embedded in my head, a constant thump thump thump. Not relaxing at all. Especially when you are eating dinner at 6pm and all this is going on. I felt like I was the park baby sitter, especially when one kid was strangled and pushed off the jumping pillow and he was screaming and crying, and when the parent came they looked at me evil as if why didnt I do something? I am not there to babysit.! It was a hassle to get out in the car daily as scooters and bikes were dumped in front of our site, breakfast was just as annoying, trying to eat and the kids would be all on the jumping pillow again at 8/8.30am. If I stay again I will be requesting a sitr far away from the playground. I feel like a need another holiday after this holiday.

Camped on a powered site for 2 nights. I've given 'Rooms' 5 stars because the site had a groundsheet, which made setting up quicker and moving around with wheelchair easier throughout our short stay. Lots of shady trees around, the pool was stunning and also accessible because of a sturdy rail. The husband and wife management team, Matt and Rebecca are extremely friendly and helpful. They were busy all the time, emptying bins, checking the camp kitchen and amenities were clean and chatting with guests. The accessible bathroom is modern, beautifully clean and appreciated. A hand drier would've been a nice addition. Will definitely become BIG4 Members, and look forward to visiting Breeze Busselton and your other accessible parks. Thanks Matt and Rebecca and BIG4.

This place was amazing! Our first holiday in over 3 years and it didn't disappoint. The accommodation was spotless and well appointed. We stayed in one of their jacuzzi bungalows. It had everything we needed from clean bedding and towels through to a fully equipped kitchen including all the pots, pans, cutlery and cooking utensils. The jacuzzi was amazing, I could have spent the whole time in it. The heated pool was lovely. The water park for the kids was great and the playground with an inflatable bouncing pillow was awesome. It's a family friendly park that doesn't allow loud partying through the night. It was very peaceful and close to the beach and town. We will be back.

NEVER AGAIN am I staying here worst service and park i have ever been to, I called 6 places before this one and they all told me I couldn’t have a camper trailer and tent on the one bay when I called here i wasn’t told that so i booked in, the lady over the phone at the time didn’t put it down that i had a tent with the camper which isn’t my fault at all. I checked in on the day of my arrival didn’t get the bay i requested month prior due to we asked to be closed to the toilets as we had a child with us that was toilet training and wasn’t told I couldn’t have tents on the grass we got set up and the grounds keeper told us we couldn’t have the tent on the lawn we had to move it by this stage I’m already furious with the staff here walked to the office with my husband and had a go at the manager that was at the counter telling her i checked in an hour ago and you didn’t even tell me no tents were allowed on the grass and she’s like sorry so even the manager couldn’t give nice service or even the right service from check in. We moved the tent to keep them happy yet i was there for a whole week and there were tents everywhere all over the grass and no-one else got into trouble about there’s so we felt like it was just us that was targeted. Meanwhile their toilets say they will be cleaned once daily between a certain time which is fine however i was there from Saturday to Saturday and the toilet block was cleaned once in that week absolutely disgusting didn’t even wanna use the toilets or showers they were that gross by then but you would think in the middle of Covid they would be getting cleaned at least twice a day to keep the germs down but nope one block was once and the other block i never saw get cleaned at all which i though was really bad with the amount of people that were there especially during school holidays. This is the worst caravan park yet and i will never be coming...

We Camped in 2 sites right near the jumping pillow.|The receptionist at greeting was very friendly and helpful. |Our site on arrival was very clean and it was pleasing as we were travelling with children that we were close to the jumping pillow, toilets/showers, pool & the kitchen area. All these areas were well maintained.|My only issue is that our site being so close to the jumping pillow that other people continuously walked through our site, ofren tripping over our tent poles etc. It also meant when children and adults decided to jump on the jumping pillow at 10pm it was right by us and incredibly loud (not to mention dangerous)|Unfortunately on our 3rd night someone came to our site and the sites around us and stole many of our items that were outside our tents such as an esky, beer, food, chair and Utensils. The site nearnearbyby us had their children's bikes stolen as well as alcohol.|When we approached the front desk about this although they were apologetic they said they "knew" of the man who was doing it which made me wonder why they continued to leave the gates open 24/7 as a single person would need a vehicle to steal the amount of items that were stolen. |Given that we were camping in separate tents to our children this also posed a fear in me that I hadn't heard this man stealing all these items and what if he h|ad attempted to enter a tent?|This really put a dampener on a...
