What a gem. The staff is so lovely here, from reception to housekeeping. We were booked in for 3nights but decided to extend an extra night last minute. The pools are so nice and a decent size too. We made good use of it as it was a hot few days. The rooms are very clean, spacious, beds and pillows are comfy, aircon was nice and strong, bathrooms had plenty of bench space, towels were fluffy, and there was even dining space. The Motel can provide you with pool towels if needed. There is a coin operated laundry in-house with 2 washers and dryers. You can also purchase laundry powder. Next door is the 7/11 and quite a few other stores all within walking distance.
The only thing I would suggest is perhaps an electric frying pan. The bbq located by the laundry looks like it's been well used and wasn't cleaned after the last person. However whilst exploring the grounds there is a big bbq located within its beautiful garden area hidden away at the back. Very clean and plenty of chairs and tables around. We didn't get a chance to use the basketball court or tennis court as the days were just too hot for it. I love that there are big bins located around the place to empty your trash and recycling. No need to wait for housekeeping.
The pub next door is really good too. Yummy food, and the big play area for the kids was amazeballs.
I would definitely come back if I'm in...

I recently had to postpone a trip by 3 months, and had already paid IN FULL for a 3 night stay here, which was 2 weeks away from the cancellation.
Yes, it was booked on a non refundable booking, however in my experience most hotels have perhaps charged a one night fee, and allowed a cancellation, or even a fee waiver if dates are just moving (as was happening here - it's not as if I was completely cancelling, more positioning).
In this case, greed has taken over and the hotel has the money already. They are not interested in keeping a happy customer with a booking later on, they simply repeated several times that the booking agent has their controls and because the money is already in their bank, there's nothing they can do.
Said booking agent have already told me that it is the hotel directly that refuses any type of refund for the booking (the booking agent has helped in the past in a similar situation).
Now this booking us for work, and I personally do not have to pay...
But I think that if these guys are going to get paid potentially twice for a room - there's plenty of time for someone else to book between now and then - then people can read this and see the type of attitude they will possibly stay with.
Anyway, when I need to book there in 3 months for the postponed job, I will be booking somewhere else.
Not impressed with the attitude at...
