This is a message for the manager “Just for next time” Don’t tell me just for next time cos this time you’re getting a 2 star review.
For everyone wondering, I come through the drive through, total came to $25.40 Passed the cashier $50.00 then the $0.40 straight after so I could get $25 change. Cashier freezes looking at the till not knowing what to do. She advised she’s already entered $50.00 in the computer. I told her “So what, here’s the $0.40”
My change that was given was $24.20 🤦🏽♂️ Anyway, No. 1 mistake- Why did she give me $24.20 not $24.60? 🤷🏽♂️ I advised her, take the 20¢ back & give me my $1.00 & we’re sweet. Manager had to be called 🙄 Manager had to open the till manually, abruptly asked me what’s going on? I explained the situation to her.
The managers reply was “Just for next time, make sure you hand my cashier the correct money at the same time” Are you serious?? It’s basic maths!! The manager again emphasised “Yes, whatever, just for next time.. Ok?” These were her exact words. This is absolutely pathetic & appalling!

One young man called another customers order out half hearted, tapped his foot, rolled his eyes then practically shouted repeating the order. Got our food, told the girl she forgot our drinks, gets our drinks..all good. Sit down open up, bugger they forgot one of our large chips. Go back tell, them what's going on, mid sentence my partner brings our chips up and asks if we can get them topped up, I look inside these large chip containers and there's barely half. If it we're almost/nearly full we wouldn't have bothered but if I tipped one of these into the other we still wouldn't have filled it. So we get our 3 large chips that are now full, and eat our meal. (There are four of us with two teenage sons) pretty good food once we finally got it all. Also burgers slapped together very messy. Read more24th . 12th . 2023 2:20 PM I went through the drive-thru of KFC and put my normal order through for a Kentucky box and as usual, when I got the speaker box I asked if I could please change the sauce on the box as it doesn't allow you to do so on the app. Every other time I have come to this store this hasn't been a problem and the staff are more than happy to change the sauce. But today I was told by staff and the manager on duty at the time (Jessica) that they won't be changing the sauce on my Kentucky box as it doesn't allow you to do it on the app so they won't do it in-store. Witch shocked me, so I explained how I had been through several times before ordering The same thing asked for the sauce to be changed, which I thought was such a little request to ask for.
