Hotel Königsleiten Vital Alpin — Hotel in Gemeinde Wald im Pinzgau

Konigsleiten is one of our returning destinations for wintersport. We always stay at Hotel Konigsleiten Vital Alpin. It is centrally located in Konigsleiten and not far from the slopes. Because the village is at 1600m altitude, it is always beautiful white in the winter. Previously you had to walk a bit further to the lifts, but recently the ski bus stops next to the ski cellar and 5 minutes later you are dropped off again at the escalator that brings you almost into the gondola. This is very luxurious and very nice! And at the end of the day you ski in the ski cellar where you can put the skis in the heated ski cellar. Great! ||The hotel rooms are nicely furnished with lots of wood and most rooms have a balcony with a beautiful view of the Gerlosplatte. Breakfast is buffet style and fully equipped. At breakfast you will get the 4-course menu of the same evening and you can choose from one of the three main courses. Dinner consists of soup, salad buffet, main course and dessert. Everything is of excellent quality. Once or twice a week there is a buffet. Next to the supermarket is the Spar for any drinks or refreshments.||A hotel to come back to...

This was an excellent hotel, perfect beds and rooms. ||We have had wonderful service by the staff - enjoying the full board - and the staff has fulfilled all our special requests (and there were plenty) quickly and with no quibbles - even after our stay.||The food was excellent, well presented and tasty.||The Wellness spa was great - but some of the guests might find the nudity difficult.||All the staff could speak English, Dutch and German.||Our boys enjoyed the pool and table tennis table.||It was also perfectly situated for skiing, the equipment can be stored in a dedicated room and you can literally ski to the back of the hotel, the first ski lift is only 5 minutes walk away.||It was a perfect base to do the skiing from. ||The only wish left may be a swimming pool to float in...

😊: Met name de welness in het hotel was uitstekend en ook de keuze voor een relax ruimte met zwemband en sauna o.b.v. zwemkleding voorsschriften, als ook de mogelijkheid 1 verdieping lager naar een prachtig sauna-landschap af te dalen zonder textielverplichting. De ligging is uitstekend. Ook als er geen sneeuw ligt en je niet tot het hotel kan skien is de wandeling naar de Dorfbaan, maximaal 6 minuten. Je moet hiervoor wel een paar trapjes beklimmen, maar als dit een probleem is, is er ook een bus voor het hotel. De medewerkers in het hotel zijn zeer vriendelijk en al deze punten zorgen voor een zeer aangename en prettige sfeer. Het hotel is zeer schoon en wij hadden een prachtige ruime kamer die ook heel schoon was met een mooi balkon en prachtig uitzicht op de skipistens van de Krimmelplate. Het ontbijt en het diner als ook het saladebuffet zijn kwalitatief prima. Wij hebben er van genoten. Iets meer uitbreiding in de presentatie van het ontbijt, denk aan vers fruit, pannekoekjes en wat cake of koffiebroodjes, alsmede ook bij het saladebuffet en diner. (iets meer keuze en afwisseling met bijvoorbeeld paar stukjes kaas en soep) zouden het geheel helemaal compleet maken,. Belangrijk te melden is dat de smaak en de kwaliteit van het eten nu reeds uitstekend is. De nu bediende en overigens heerlijke soep kan je dan in buffetvorm aanbieden en in plaats daarvan een klein voorgerecht aanbieden. Voor het dessert zou ik de tip geven ook een stukje ijs (al dan niet in buffetvorm) op de kaart op te nemen. Met deze kleine aanpassingen zou het aanbod van dit hotel op alle fronten werkelijk perfect zijn, al is het nu al zeer goed. Overigens een zeer positief punt aan de dinerkeuze is het gegeven dat men iedere dag de mogelijkheid heeft voor het avondeten te kiezen uit een heerlijke schnitzel, en spaghettiegerechten, indien het voor die avond aangeboden keuzemenu (altijd 2 prima keuze met ook vegatarisch als 3e optie) niet lekker genoeg lijkt. Kortom ik hoop weer terug te komen. 😢: Laat het niet te warm worden in het hotel, ik had dit al gelezen en veel gasten vonden dit ook.
