First, the food is good. That said, everything else is bad. Service needs to be asked things at least twice before they act. They don't come by to ask if you want anything else unless you call them. The food is not served at the same time for all the table guests. Alslo here you need to at least ask twice what is going on. If you are lucky (if you can call it lucky) you get some bogus excuse. There were 8 minutes between the first plates being served and the last, at a table of six. And we were not the only ones, looking around us at other tables. After the main course, no one asked anything any more, we had to call for someone. Even when we were asking for the cheque, we had to ask twice and at least 10 minutes went by. I can imagine that when it is really busy, this can happen, but it was not really busy. I have no idea what is going on but this restaurant needs to shape up. I still can't believe how a nice place as this can ruin the guest experience as much as this. I do not recommend this restaurant as it is now. Hopefully someone takes notice of this and implements some improvements.

Read moreNotwithstanding our reservation made the day before we were placed in an empty area in the back on our own. Food arrived 1.5 hours after ordering because ‘the kitchen staff was busy cooking for the guests in the main area of the restaurant’.
Pork was completely raw on the inside. Waiter’s reaction ‘it is medium rare’ shows a total lack of knowledge on food safety. We received a new dish, which was cooked so dry that it was hardly edible. Waiter was indifferent and could only say he could not do anything about it.
This restaurant is dissapointing on all levels, from management that do not know their capacity, through kitchen staff which does not seem to be able to cook to the waiters that lack knowlegde and basic interest in guests. Total waste of time and money.
