Bad points: We booked a room which showed capacity of 2 adults, I have emailed Hotel's administration and told them that we are 2 adults coming with baby, is it fine what I have booked? He/She said yes, totally fine, don't worry. When we came to check-in, the Receptionist said that it is for 1 person and their Colleague made mistake, so what? "Whatever, if you want, pay extra, if not leave" It is good that we had cancellation option until 18 so we could bargain on price and paid extra 18 euros, which became really expensive.. if we paid in advance, I am sure they would have charged us with much more extra fees. And during check in time, other hotels get more expensive, so they basically make you have no other options, but to pay extra fees. Conclusion: Hotel administration don't care what they reply on messages and they take 0 responsibility for their responses. For example, maybe If you write them, can I check-in at midnight, they would say totally yes. But when you come at midnight, you can be left outside and they would say "sorry", we made mistake so what? It is a total joke. We were really nervous with such welcoming and arguing over that issue. They said yes for baby bed, but we had to call and ask again. Definitely, hotel receptionist should take responsibility for their responses. Regarding location it is not really in the center you have to walk 20-30 minutes..Room is small for 2 persons.
Good points: Great breakfast, nice sauna and indoor cycling. Thanks for robe and slippers, it was very comfortable to go to sauna with them. Also, water with lime and mint in sauna was really good. In the evening the bar man gave me free water, thanks to him as well.. Also baby bed was provided to us.. And finally bed was...

Read moreOn arrival, the Best Western Plus is in a central location, being convenient for us having arrived from visiting Budapest earlier in the day. However, it was difficult to initially find parking, since the barrier for the hotel's parking being closed. Due to lack of time in the morning, we were unable to ask Reception for it to be filled up. ||The kettle was unclean, so we didn't use it. |We hadn't booked breakfast, so unable to...
