For business purposes I had to stay somewhere near the Austrian-Slovenian border . After some searching I chose this hotel because it offered the lowest price and for a business trip I didn't need many luxuries. It turned out that I was sad to leave this hotel I would like to stay more.||I start with the price I paid: 32 euro per night. And what I got for this price: A very clean spacious room with a view to the river . The view was fantastic I visited in the winter so it was impossible to stay at the balcony at +2 degrees but I can imagine in the summer it must be fantastic to sit in the balcony, have a coffee and look at the river. Inside the room the Wifi signal was excellent and included in the price. The breakfast buffet (good , not so much variety but in general a good buffet) was included also in the above mentioned price. Lunch and dinner buffets are not always availabe only when a group visits. I was lucky because the days I visited there was a dinner buffet costing 9,30 euro per person. Also a very good buffet .||In the lobby there is a bar which serves coffee, alcoholic drinks and refreshments and also can prepare a pizza at request. Always when I was there there was a very friendly atmosphere like I was relaxing among friends. ||Also included in this price was access to sauna and wellness area which I visited . ||I would have to think hard to find something negative about my stay. The only minor (emphasis on minor because my overall experience was excellent) fault was that someone may go to reception and find nobody there because at the time they may have to do some other task somewhere else in the hotel. When I arrived I waited for 10 minutes because nobody was at the reception and then I called the hotel number and someone came. However I must say this happened only one time . Hotel is quite nice, staff very friendly, location at the outskirts of a small town Leibnitz, near river/lake a d parks.|My son and I came mainly because of various sports options, unfortunatelly due to recent flood, the indoor sport facilities were closed/renovated.|We played tennis at nearby tennis center, which was absolutely great.|Hotel has nice sauna area, unfortunatelly no swimming pool.|Also billiards table in the lobby.|Leibnitz is quite small, a few restaurants and Schloss Segau, also has a cinema in town very near the hotel (some movies are in original, without deutsch synchro, so not bad for tourists, but not all movies, so check beforehand.|All in all, a nice stay for a couple of days,...

The service was exceptional, the staff friendly and helpful.

The food…oh the food…amazing! Salad bar with every meal, huge variety to chose from whatever your taste or dietary needs you can find something to your liking.

Class and seminar rooms are fully equipped with projectors, whiteboards, markers and you can ask reception for anything else you may need between 7am and 10pm without fail.

Rooms are cozy and immaculate, there are two super massive gyms for all sport activities, the outdoor area is lovely place for kids, and the pool is in a 5 minute walking distance.
