Hotel Kleinmünchen Garni — Hotel in Linz

Biggest shame made me one KOSOVO reception girl/women. She wanted of me to pay her another 75e for, how she says, she don't know but i have to pay. I was there for few days and first day ,when i sow her,she hold me on reception for like 40-50mins until she checks something (my thoughts are she hold me until i get so boring and until i say okey just take 75e more and let me go). Then she say me like aa okey ym, you paid everything so you can go. Second day she come in morning and knock knock on my door and say, little bit to loud, come down and don't forget to oay me. I go down aand she was speaking that ehe believe me i paid everything correctly but just let her check something... She say okey you have to pay me 75e more (again sane story starting),here is some problem in PC and let me check it ( i don't know what enything mean + don't speak German) . I told her i don't understand nothing and she was like thats your problem i will not let you go until you pay me. Back and up of her was video security sistem so please her to look this and see that i am not scemer and that im corect guy just like eny another gest. But she can look beacouse boss only could and boss is not there . I pleased her like 7-8 times to call boss and let me speak with him but she refused every time,like boss is in Bali right now....... She wouldn't let me tolk normal but interrupted me evry few words... On end i told her ok i will psy you but im going imidietly to Embassy to tell them what dhe did to me,how she blame,how she put me down and to me like i am some gypsy snd wanted to call inspection. Right this moment she say that she only want beast for me and thats why she doing it (?????????)... I repeat her again ehat im going to do and im taking my money out of pocket and trying to go but ... In this second i don't have to pay enything she "let me go if i want" (like she let her dog go out of house), and again i asked for owner or manager names snd she say oo i...

Horrible hotel. We booked a double room, and got given two single beds. As the front desk locked up at 2200 and we checked in around 2130, we decided to just deal with it and go to bed. In the morning, we discovered how disgusting this room was - the carpet was threadbare and stained, there was a red stain on the curtain, the bathroom door was broken, and the shower door stuck. The carpet was so disgusting, we were afraid to walk barefoot on it. There is a fridge in the room, but no kettle or even a microwave to heat water with, so why they give you a fridge I'm not really sure. Lighting in the room is terrible, but don't worry. If you turn out the lights, you still have plenty of light filtering in through the thin curtains. ||||Breakfast was lacklustre and we were given the wrong times for it so we didn't get to eat anything on the day we departed. The reception clerk refused to acknowledge that this was their fault for telling us breakfast was 6-10, even though I had a paper where it was written down by the person who checked us in. ||||They don't speak English. Or at least, the woman who checked us in did not and in fact might have been mute as she didn't say a word to us and thrust a paper for me to fill out with our details, handed us a key, and wrote down the times for breakfast.||||This property is LOUD. There is constant street noise below, and everything in the hallway echoes. ||||Only stay here if you're desperate or don't care about the state...

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and it was, without a doubt, the worst experience of my life. From the moment I arrived, everything went downhill. First, the location is terrible. It's situated in a run-down area with nothing of interest nearby, making it both inconvenient and unpleasant. Getting to the hotel itself was a nightmare due to poor signage and bad road conditions. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They seemed disinterested in helping guests and acted as if any request was a burden. Checking in was a hassle, and it took forever for them to find my reservation. The room was filthy and poorly maintained. There were stains on the carpets, the furniture was old and broken, and the bathroom was disgusting. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The bed was uncomfortable, and I barely got any sleep due to the constant noise from both inside and outside the hotel.The amenities were practically nonexistent. The "free Wi-Fi" didn’t...
