Residenz Wildkogelbahnen — Hotel in Marktgemeinde Neukirchen am Großvenediger

We rented these apartment with a group of 8 and enjoyed it big time. Only downside was the cleaning (although we had to pay 180 Euros for the cleaning, dust was in more than one corner). The space we had 3 bedrooms (1x4, 2x2 persons) and two places in the living room to sleep. There were 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets). Also it has a terrace (which was under snow, but good to keep your drinks cool). Location is more than superb (just 1 minute from the ski rental and 2 minutes from the ski lift). At the other side there is a discotheque which was not loud. Also a supermarket is close nearby. There is one electric connection in the garage to charge your electric car (Mennekes plug - works with Tesla S). Just ask the person of the parking spot to switch places (I believe nr. 12), so...

We stayed here second year in a row and is coming back next year again. We stayed in top7 both times and a really pleased with the apartment. Absoluter Witz! Direkt nach Ankommem wurden div. Fremdhaare auf den Betten! und mangelnde Sauberkeit (in Bad und Küche) beim Vermieter bemängelt.

Nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung zur Beseitigung selbiger wurde einem neue Bettwäschebezüge ausgehändigt und eine Hausdame, welche der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig und somit eine Verständigung nicht möglich war, wischte grob über die Toilette und den Küchenblock.

Insgesamt war es mehr Pfui als Hui. Der erste und äußere Eindruck hat überzeugt, bei genauerem Hinsehen ließen sich jedoch erhebliche, vor allem hygienisch bedingte, Mängel feststellen. Neben sichtbaren Hinterlassenschaften (Haaren, Urin und Kot), konnte auch der Eigengeruch der Vormieter selbst nach mehrfachem und langem Lüften nicht dezimiert werden.

Die Lage war ok, dafür gibt es den einen Stern. Von einer Buchung raten wir jedoch ab, es sei denn, man ist bereit zu Beginn des Urlaubes selbst das komplette...
