Arlbergsun — Hotel in Pettneu am Arlberg

We were staying in the object 06-13dec 2025. Accomodation is clean, and that is all about I can say good about it. First of all, accomodation was cold, and I meen cold, 17-18 c degrees max , which is not acceptable in any standards of commercial accomodation. Obviosly owner turned on heating the day we came since it was the openning of the season and probably there were no quest before us. And when he turned it on it was very weak, that it hardly get any warmer by the day we left. So, 3 of us got sick because of it. Of course , first morning we complained to the owner, but we got the answer, that's it guys, we can't do better. Being someone who runs similar kind od accomodation in Serbian mountains, I must say that this is not a good way to run tourism and having satisfied clients. The other thing is the fact that we booked apartment with kitchen for 6 people with 5 separate rooms. But nobody told us that living room and kitchen is on the first floor, and rooms are on a a third floor which is not convinient, another bad surprise. So, not recommended from my side.

The house is in superb condition. Located 25 meters from the Bus stop that goes directly to the main lifts. 40 meters to the shop ( SUPER COMFORTABLE). Comfortable beds, warm house, big guest room, big kitchen with all of the appliances. its possible to leave equipment in the house with the warm heater, OR, for free right next to one of the main lifts in the skier shop. Parking spots available for free right next to the house for any type of car.

The owners of the house - SIMPLY AMAZING PEOPLE! Provided all the help and guided all around the transportation and where to go on the slopes and shops. We ran into some accidents with traumas, and the owners did everything to help us, brought us extra bedroom items.

If you are looking for where to stay in St. Anton, this is the spot! Undoubtedly.

We slept for a long weekend with 4 friends in two hotel rooms in this authentic Austrian guest house, 50 meters from the Ski bus stop, and 10 bus minutes from Sankt Anton. Clean, good beds, nothing to complain about. We had a very pleasant stay.
