I checked in on 11-Apr-2024 Worst Service, 1. Air Conditioner not working only heating is working and staff says we cant help it open windows and sleep. 2. Drinking Water Not available 3. Kettle for tea coffee in rooms not available 4.Staff not friendly everything if u ask they do tomorrow. 5. Breakfast was included in my price worst breakfast no server available to check what is available on the table for dishes. No proper food ararngement. 6. Bedsheets are torn no replacement. 7. Toiletries are provided only once during your tenure of stay and that too without dental kit 8.

Amazing hotel at a very good location of Baku. It is away from traffic of city center, and yet not too far from it. I stayed in suite and it’s very comfortable, huge space, and very good staff. They’re always ready to help and smiling. Prices are great too for the kind of services, room and location you get.

Zameldowano nas godzinę wcześniej i otrzymaliśmy pomoc w wniesieniu bagaży za co dziękujemy. Niestety tutaj kończą się plusy. Mieliśmy dostać pokój trzyosobowy superior, dostaliśmy dwuosobowy co najwyżej typu standard. Łazienka była naprawdę bardzo brudna. Mimo codziennego sprzątania, nie dano nam nowego papieru toaletowego wiec musieliśmy się o niego upominać (po telefonie na recepcje szybko przyszła pani z papierem). Łóżka były w miarę wygodne. W jedną noc włączył się w środku nocy alarm przeciwpożarowy( po telefonie na recepcje po pewnym czasie ucichł). Niestety minusem są również śniadanie które podawane jest do godziny 10:00, my przyszliśmy o godzinie 9:00 i już tak naprawdę nic nie było. Lokalizacja jest również taka sobie do najbliższej stacji metra około 20/25 min spacerkiem. Ogólnie nie byliśmy zbytnio zadowoleni z pobytu wręcz się rozczarowaliśmy :(

We stayed in this hotel from 15th to 17th May and it is one of the worst hotels. Poor customer service, bad mattresses, hard and high pillows, upon requesting change of pillows they said they only have one option which was there. Toilet didn't had a good drainage system while showering water over flowed. After making numerous complaints nothing was done and everything was put back on our table by saying hotel doesn't run 24 x 7. I would suggest to avoid this hotel at any cost. They promised they will upgrade the room on 16th May on 15th evening and 16th afternoon time. When we left from hotel I gave clear instructions to do it as my luggage is all packed and ready to be moved as customer service manager said it would take 2 to 3 hours for upgrade. After arriving late at night they said its not possible. Customer service tried to get in touch with senior staff but couldn't. When we check-in the hotel we had to wait for almost 2 hours after check in time, but I was 45 mins late from the check-out time, manager made the fuss about that. Very very poor customer service avoid...
