PURPLE Korean Street Food 1 (Central) — Restaurant in Baku City

Amazing cafe, had such a nice personnel and offers in the menu. 🎉✨ Around the time we went the cafe was empty and some music was playing still. We were asked if we are okay with the volume of the music and for our comfort they turned it a little down. The young man working there had such a smiley face and positive aura, i want to say thank you to him as well. ✨🫶🏻 I might say that there are barely any things that caught my eye in this restaurant. Although the waiting time for the orders were a bit longer but considering the dishes and the taste it was no big deal. 🍱 Tteokbeokki’s 🍱 they served were smaller chopped ones rather than other restaurants but the chewy texture was on point and it was fresh. The Korean chicken 🍗 was also served in small pieces but the meat was very soft, tender and well seasoned in its sauce. 🥘 You must also be mindful of the spice level because the spicy 🌶️ dishes were on another level, it numbed our tongues. 🥵 The classic Korean Ramen 🍜 was just like how i imagined it would...

The ambiance is good, matching the korean theme they have. The main problem is the service and taste. Before you come to this restaurant, no matter if it is full or not, you will wait for a long time. It seems that you have to eat something before you can eat at this restaurant. My daughter started the timer as soon as the order was taken and it took them 55mins to serve chicken ramen. Ramen should be one of the fastest food to serve as the broth is ready most of the time. We ordered the chicken bbq which is super sweet and super salty! You have to order a gallon of water for this. Not a good experience and will not dine again here.
