We stayed for nearly a month and this was a tough review to give considering the extreme highs and lows associated with our stay. I’d like to start with providing a few names of staff members that provided exceptional customer service—Julie Palma and Mariam Faioez. Abuba Carr one of two shuttle drivers were timely in their rides. Unfortunately I am missing several names or were mentioned in other reviews such as one I did on Origin Restaurant already.
The room was nice and spacious. Maintenance support was ineffective in providing hot water after my several complaints and maintenance staff visits. I moved out after 31 days into our new home and I had my first hot shower since arriving in Bahrain. I wish I could have experienced this sooner at Hilton Bahrain.
During checkout Hussain Ebrahim was understanding and listened attentively to my experience in the hotel, good, bad, and the great. Moreover, three staff members in particular were incredible in getting our car loaded up for our big move out of the hotel and into our villa; I’m sure that without their help it would have taken a few trips and not just the two taken.
The food was hit or miss at establishments on the property. I did not care much for the seafood buffet that we only visited once as one example of the not so great. Other than that I really liked some menu offerings while others not so much. Inconsistent cook quality was observed.
My wife liked our primary housekeeper. And I’m not sure where this person gets her energy as I do not think they took a break the first three weeks of our month long stay. There was another lady who was great too that I recall from our next to last night but only remember seeing once.
I liked the massage in Cacoon but loved my experience with my manicure and pedicure. I nearly made another massage appointment to schedule with the person who had taken care of my nails.
The location was a bit difficult to get to other places; definitely had to Uber or taxi around for the most part. A small strip mall across the street was on a divided road. I expect things will be different in getting around once area...

I recently had the pleasure of attending a Ghabqa at the Bahrain Hilton, and it was an unforgettable evening. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the overall experience.
Food Quality: The food was absolutely delicious! The variety of dishes was incredible, offering a true taste of Bahraini cuisine. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I particularly enjoyed the flavorful lamb machboos and the melt-in-your-mouth umm ali for dessert. The portions were generous, and the staff was always happy to bring more of anything that caught my fancy.
Hospitality: The staff at the Bahrain Hilton truly went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable evening for everyone. They were incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure all guests felt welcome and had everything they needed. Our servers were knowledgeable about the dishes and happy to answer any questions we had. They were also very professional and efficient, ensuring a smooth flow throughout the evening.
Ambiance: The atmosphere at the Ghabqa was warm, inviting, and truly captured the spirit of the occasion. The decorations were elegant and festive, and the live music created a wonderful ambiance that perfectly complemented the delicious food. The hotel provided a beautiful space for the Ghabqa, with plenty of room for socializing and enjoying the company of others.
Overall: Overall, I highly recommend the Bahrain Hilton for a truly special Ghabqa experience. The delicious and authentic food, exceptional hospitality, and beautiful setting made it a truly memorable evening. From the variety of dishes to the attentiveness of the staff, every detail was carefully considered to create a wonderful event. If you're looking for a place to celebrate Ghabqa with friends and family, the Bahrain Hilton is the...

If I write based off the categories Google had me rate individually I'd say:
The rooms are beautiful and very spacious! They have everything you'd need and then some. But I do notice that the room has been used pretty hard in this hotel's short life. I know parties are common in this area and I suspect some major ragers have happened in this room. There have just been a few minor blemishes that are indicative of hard party's or possibly low quality construction materials or a combination of the two.
There are not enough stars in the sky to rate the service here, however! The folks working in the vallet, front desk, housekeeping, the resturants, room service, at the pool and gym, and in the executive lounge are all extremely delightful people and we have thoroughly enjoyed being helped by everyone! Special shout-out to Namzah, Brian, Rachel, and everyone in the vallet department, Gina, and Chris! The staff are the elemement of this stay that elevated our experience to the next level!
The location is a tough one because they couldn't do much about that. Juffair is known to be a party haven and pretty wild in the weekends. I hate to detract from the experience based on this category. Some of the surrounding roads are having repairs, again totally outside the hotels control. And many of the other guests who chose to travel to this location are very rude and inconsiderate, another aspect of this category that is completely outside the hotel's control.
Overall, the staff experience has been what brought our stay to a 5 star rating! Really great people working in this hotel! Stay here to be treated like you're a part...
