HAVEN TOWER — Hotel in Bahrain Island

As for regular customer satisfaction, they only cares for money and nothing but money. They deducted almost $220 as penalty because I canceled my reservation due to emergency situation, and I did explain for them my reasons yet they did. Any how, they lost my future staying in their hotel approx $1000 each visit I pay.

One of the worst places to stay. The parking lot will surely damage your car (as it did mine) due to the steepness of moving through the levels. Several stains in the furniture. Curtains were broken in one of the rooms, leaving a permanently dark bedroom. Very smelly bathrooms. Loud elevator sounds can be heard throughout the night alongside the frequent obnoxious neighbor parties that the staff does nothing about. Entertainment facilities are all broken despite luxurious pictures on their website. I would NOT recommend this...

Clean. Cozy room The kitchen is full of equipments. The room is clean. Gym is ok. But does good for families. You hear music and noise in the weekend.
