I recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel and wanted to provide some feedback on my experience. While there were many positive aspects to my stay, there were also a few areas that I believe could use some improvement.
Location: Firstly, I must commend you on the hotel's convenient location. Having numerous dining options nearby was a great convenience and made my stay more enjoyable.
Hotel Staff: The staff at the hotel truly stood out for their friendliness and professionalism. They were responsive and handled calls with the utmost professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay.
Room: However, I did encounter some issues with the room. While I understand that some rooms may be smaller than others, I found my room to be quite compact. Additionally, upon my arrival, I noticed that some essential amenities were missing, including a dental kit, bath towels, coffee, tea, tea cups, water glasses, drinking water, slippers, and a bath mat. I had to request these items, and I appreciate that they were promptly delivered. However, it would greatly improve the guest experience if these items were regularly stocked in the room as a standard.
Breakfast: Another aspect that left me wanting more was the breakfast options. I was disappointed to learn that there was no buffet available during my stay, and the breakfast choices were limited. It was recommended that guests have breakfast elsewhere. Expanding the breakfast offerings or reinstating the buffet option would enhance the overall guest experience.
Staff: I would like to commend the hotel staff in general for being courteous and cooperative. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist were appreciated and contributed to a pleasant stay.
Housekeeping: I would rate the housekeeping service as 8/10. They were efficient in addressing requests and maintaining cleanliness, which significantly added to my comfort during the stay.
Club: Lastly, I thoroughly enjoyed visiting the hotel's club during my stay. It's a vibrant place with great music and a talented DJ, providing guests with a memorable experience.
I hope you find this feedback valuable in your ongoing efforts to improve the guest experience at your hotel. Overall, I had a positive stay, but addressing these areas of concern would undoubtedly make future stays even more enjoyable for your guests.

Read moreWhen I called to change the reservation date they didn’t answer although my booking was changeable I couldn’t find any date available even for the new year which is unbelievable! then I requested to waive fees but I was met with complete silence!! And when a friend came to stay with me they charged me extra 10 BD!!!! I’ve never in my life been charged extra cause I’ve already reserved the room for 2 adults .. when I came to the room there were no toiletries or towels and I called reception and they said they well bring the call was 12:30 pm I went out to get things and I got back at 3pm and still they didn’t bring anything so I had to call back and remind them and the guy in reception acted so chocked!! Also the TV had no satellite channels only tv and it was so bad.. the bed was really uncomfortable and finally the checkout was at 12 pm !!!
