The staff are most helpful. Except the new General manager who is afraid of the customers. I have been staying there a few months. Now the New GM does not respect the customers. He has a reserved parking spot while I need to find my own somewhere else. The cleanliness is something which needs to be addressed. As the furniture has bitten me more than once. They have not cleaned under the furniture in years. The kitchen the dials on the cooker cannot be read as they are faded and they never never clean it. This is an aparthotel 4 stars. Once the room has been kind of cleaned I found a piss in my wc. As the wc is white and piss is yellow. Also at one point the floor was being washed with with the same water that was used to clean the wc. I had to ask for an air freshener due to the smell of piss. After they had cleaned. However the GM seems to be more bothered in having his reserved parking spot than doing his duty as a GM. I put all my customers they also complained. I forgot to mention every time I went to the WC the wc clogged and I had to call maintenance to come and unclog it. For the money there are many other NEW places for rent short term than a this place. In Juffair. New clean and short term. The GM does not hide...

The parking is first come first serve. The rooms are ok. The kitchen is fine the oven doesn't work lack in spoon fork knifes cooking utensils needs a bigger trash can for a 3 bed room apartment. The tv is abit small for a big living room. it looked like it was a 40 inch Tv i think. They need to larger Tv. The internet service is pretty descent there were times it was dead slow. Bedsheet need some upgrades. The one in my room was torn and had some holes. Lighting and atmosphere is relaxing. Staff here are friendly but they charge hefty for early check in even there are available rooms. I would understand if there were full or short in rooms but regardless they still charge you for it. No consideration there. The room service was abit slow there were days they didn't clean the rooms we had to call them to do it. Overall stay there for 4 days and 3 nights experience is good. Most of the equipment in the kitchen badly needs an upgrade. oven needs to be fixed. larger trash cans.
