Hotel Sedona is one of the best aristocratic residential hotels in Barisal, Bangladesh. It is situated at the center point of Barisal. The buildings are of ultra modern pattern and constructed following building codes with all protective measures of earthquake, cyclone etc. The rooms are very standard in size and well furnished, decorated with all modern electrical and electronic appliances, so that you can enjoy your holidays in the hotel premises with much pleasure. There is also a river on the east side of the hotel which is very attractive for boat riding and fishing. We serve world class food like Bangladeshi and Chinese.

It was not a good experience. The price is not so high but it's not worth the money at all. ||1. The entrance of the hotel is in a busy road and confusing ||2. The room was not clean when we walked in we had to ask the staff to clean it. ||3. The placement of the aircon was not in a suitable place so the room was either getting too cold or too warm||4. The bed sheet & the pillow cover was dirty (probably the quilt as well) ||5. The guest in the next rooms were smoking and the smell was coming to our room through the big cracks of the door. We haven't been asked if we wanted a room in a non-smoking floor or not||6. There were dirty can at the end of the corridor (unfortunately that was in front of our room) ||7. The breakfast was included but the dinning was in a cramped space which looked like converted from a old room. The breakfast was also served in broken plates ||8. Though there was not any option for breakfast the omelet, vegetables and the roti was freshly made. Horrible experience, won’t recommend anyone.||I gave booking 1 month ago for 2 king rooms (1 double bed 1 single bed). I wanted to secure my rooms by advance booking, but they confirmed rooms by saying they will take money on my arrival. however, I reached there with my family and found 2 rooms in separate floors. That time they didn’t inform me they have given me 1 king room and 1 regular room ( 1 couple bed). When I entered room I got to see this then I charged them immediately. They were giving so many excuses that last night guest couldn’t leave room so they couldn’t provide us king room. I asked them for additional bed and they gave us bed on floor. I lost my temper and shouted at them how could they do this without even informing me, I could have went to any other hotel. They said sorry and nothing.We had no other choice except adjusting as it was a matter of 1 night. But my family was very disappointed on my choice so am I.||In addition, there was no tissue box,towel,washroom shoe in room. I had to ask for these.||Sedona doesn’t know how to keep commitment.
