Hotel Tower Inn — Hotel in Chattogram Division

Worst ever experience in a hotel. This hotel is very old & the service is not like before, it's very low quality but they charge too much for that they offer. Firstly: The rooms are very old, ac doesn't work properly(also very old) & make wierd noises, Washrooms are very dirty & doesn't function properly & full of mosquitoes. Secondly: The staffs are very unresponsive, had to ask for a pillow 5times & change rooms multiple times due to problems in room. Thirdly: This is a very old building, lift is worst & doesn't work properly. I was stuck in lift for nearly 30minutes & instead of apologizing, they were giving excuses. Fully rubbish service

Lastly, the buffet breakfast was not good, there were only 6/7items & had to tell them repeatedly to refill. Even some items finished & they didn't bothered to refill them instead they removed them completely.

I will never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Everything is worst & completely hated it. There are many better hotels in this price. Hope the hotel will improve...

I have last week Monday to Thursday. Tried deluxe and economy single room. Full of dirt, room and bathroom wall require immediate painting and some walls are damp too. The rooms required immediate renovation in order to rent in a healthy state. Front desk is ok but room service attendant and concierge are full of greed and tips. First there was a minibar but it was not working. Later in the economy room tv was out of order and spot lights are almost fused in condition. Buffet breakfast is ok but restaurant waiters behavior is either harsh or rude. Only the location is convenient due to 'tin poler matha' of Reazuddin Bazar and tools market of Jubilee. Very less likely...
