We stayed here during a corporate retreat. The place was a bit underwhelming, compared to the 5 star image it portrays. The hotel is located about an hour driving distance from Cox's airport. The hotel provides shuttle service to and from the airport, at 350 Tk. per person (one way). The hotel has an aesthetic facade and has a huge swimming pool at the front. The front facing rooms all offer panoramic views of the beachfront and pool. The lobby was a bit disappointing, not really aligned with the external grandeur of the hotel. The rooms were nice. They have a good variety of room options available. The rooms were well furnished, but lacked a bit of lighting in my opinion, could've had better lighting options. The buffet breakfast was very underwhelming. They didn't have much, if any, western items available, it was mostly local food. The buffet lunch was okay. The buffet dinner was probably the best (comparatively). Since the hotel is located very far from the main local hub, if anyone is planning to make a trip to the inland, you need to be prepared to pay a good amount for any tuk-tuk ride. It's probably best if you're in a group, then perhaps you can share the costs. The pool looked clean, and there was adequate space for large crowds. The hotel also had its own beachfront, which was nice as you can directly make you to the beach in a short 3 min walk from your room. The hotel also has some good recreation options for kids, such as a mini arcade and even a small movie hall Overall, if you had to choose, I would suggest looking elsewhere, as there are much better options available in Cox's at similar price ranges.

1. The staff are not properly trained to behave with the guests. Often times they sound quite rude. 2. Basic services are pretty poor. The internet is not functional, washrooms clot water. 3. The water of the swimming pool was excessively cold, and the jacuzzi part was unable to provide warm water. 4. The swimming pool has no locker system. Upon asking one staff member told me to keep the mobile and moneybag on a chair unprotected. 5. The breakfast area was very congested and can't accommodate the guests all together. The queue was pretty time consuming. 6. The claim to have a private beach is a SCAM. There is nothing as such. 7. They have only 2 lifts for the guests of 493 rooms which simply can't accommodate the people and create a queue all the time. 8. No way to dry up the wet cloths. 9. The adjacent waterpark charges for almost everything - locker, towel etc. 10. The overall environment doesn’t give any premium look & feel which can attract customers again. 11. No security checks in the gate. Anyone can get entry even without being asked anything. 12. Only 1 Key/Access card was shared ina room of 3 people. It was very inconvenient and inconsiderate. Not price worthy at all. Strongly NOT recommended. ❌

I don't understand the hype with this hotel.... 1.its over crowded and packed with people like it's a fish market... literally did not find anything luxurious here. 2.Full of families, not a place for youngsters. Kids and families are howling in the lobby and corridor. Don't expect a good sleep. 3.With such a huge space to cater everyone, they have a few poolside recliners that too extremely uncomfortable ones. 4.Pools are flooded with kids and families. Again not a place for youngsters to chill.. 5.Worst breakfast spread ever. Just a lot of khichuri and daal and chicken. 6.Check in and check out - staff are overworked hence their reluctant attitude. Both take forever. 7. No place for smokers. My husband had to go down to the parking every time. 8.Tea coffee in the room was in old and tattered condition. 9.Same goes for toiletries. 10.The only good part was the room...it was clean and the bed was super comfy... So all we did was stay in... If you are used to great customer service from other hotels. Don't waste your money here... 10 K plus per night is still a lot compared to what they offer.

I recently stayed at Sea Pearl Beach Resort in Cox's Bazar. I took the room "Premier king sea view"

Pros: The staff at Sea Pearl Beach Resort were courteous and accommodating, allowing us to check in 30 minutes before the official time. Ideal for couples or families, the resort offers a variety of restaurants serving Bengali cuisine, grilled dishes, fish, an ice cream parlor, and a bar. Conveniently located near popular restaurants like Palongki and The Coral Station. Unlimited access to the swimming pool and regular room servicing. While the beach isn't entirely private, it's relatively uncrowded and beautiful. Good fire alarm system installed for safety. Free airport drop-off and pick-up services provided.

Cons: The toilet fittings were the worst, with issues like a malfunctioning flush that persisted from the second day of our 3-night stay. The shower was on the smaller. The provided transport vehicles were disappointing, and the air conditioning in the room was not functioning well, making it uncomfortably hot. Windows were also stuck, limiting ventilation. The buffet breakfast lacked variety, though the taste was acceptable.

Overall Experience: Sea Pearl Beach Resort provided a decent overall experience, with friendly staff, good amenities, and a few issues that affected comfort.

Tips for New Guests: Check bathroom fittings upon entering the room. Inform the staff a day in advance if you plan to use the airport...

Sea Pearl Beach Resort & Spa in Cox's Bazar is truly a gem nestled along the stunning coastline of the world's longest natural sandy sea beach. From the moment I arrived, I was mesmerized by the breathtaking views of the Bay of Bengal and the warm hospitality of the staff.

The resort boasts luxurious accommodations that are elegantly designed and equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The spacious rooms offer panoramic views of the ocean, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere that is perfect for a beach getaway.

One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional dining experience at the resort's restaurants. The talented chefs served up delicious local and international cuisines that tantalized my taste buds. The seafood dishes, in particular, were fresh and flavorful, reflecting the abundance of the ocean.

The resort also offers a range of recreational activities and facilities to keep guests entertained. Whether you prefer lounging by the infinity pool, indulging in a relaxing spa treatment, or taking part in water sports on the beach, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Overall, Sea Pearl Beach Resort & Spa exceeded my expectations in every way. The tranquil surroundings, top-notch services, and luxurious amenities made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a memorable beach vacation in...
