Super Hostel-04 (Mirpur Female Branch) — Hotel in Dhaka Metropolitan

This is one of the best female hostel in dhaka. I feel safe to stay here because of their safety & security service cause for female safety & security is a big issue. their food quality is also very yammy & testy... last but not the list the environment of the hostel is like I am in heaven cause here I have nothing to do they did everything like they provide Laundry Service, Housekeeping, 3 times healthy & Hygiene food & many more. I love this place.... Thanks Super hostel for providing this kind of facilities for female... I feel like i am living in a 5 star hotel... keep...

I recently stayed at the Mirpur female branch of this hostel, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The two female receptionists were unhelpful, and it took me almost an hour and a half just to complete the check-in process due to their lack of assistance. Additionally, despite the 2 PM check-out time, I had to wait again to check out because they had all left the reception area for lunch at the same time, leaving it unattended. Very bad environment and has no safety. All the time people loose things . Just today a room member lost 14k taka and blamed other members of the hostel without any evidence, that caused harassment to the woman . I hope nobody has to stay in a place like this . Accusing people for something they've never done is nothing but harassment. And the receptionists are very rude , does not know how to talk to guests with professionalism. And they have lack of attendance and behaves like they does not give a damn . Definitely not a good place for anyone. Definitely will not...
