I was warmly greeted by reception staff upon arrival and was told about available amenities and quickly checked in and provided a room. The room was in excellent condition and very clean as was the entire hotel and facilities. I ordered room service and my food was delivered hot, fresh and timely, and was very well prepared and delicious. The hotel staff was attentive to my needs and provided tourist information and information on the hotel's spa amenities etc. I used the pool, spa, and sauna and was pleased to find all in excellent condition, in good working order, and very clean. I also spent time at the bar and also ordered dinner from the bar and was treated wonderfully by the bartender who was very professional, cordial, courteous, and made me feel at home as I was traveling alone and at the same time treated me as a valued guest. I had a wonderful stay and will stay again as the hotel staff made my stay very comfortable and every staff member I encountered was very nice, attentive, and made me feel welcome, valued and cared for! Bravo great work, and please keep up the standards! Read moreTwo rooms I “prepaid” for two nights, then I added another night at the time of check in. Never got credited. I called Marriott and now I have to submit the receipt to get my points. Yet, the one night we stayed before the departure credited after 24 hours. The location is not good, constantly you need a taxi to get to the center. The hotel amenities in the bathroom were missing some items everyday, constantly we needed to call for the room service. The executive lounge was worse, food was missing before the posted hours, no napkins, no utensils, and no plates. Simply refusing the service. So we decided to order some food there, and it took 45 minutes to order some food in the lounge. The lounge attendant could not figure out 3 simple orders. At the end, manager came and apologized but it was shameful for the hotel lounge. There was the smoking terrace by the lounge. Each time the door opened, there was strong odor of cigarettes. We stayed one night before we headed home after few days later. Then the lounge attendants were very proactive, very well kept the place. Read moreIt was a very pleasant stay. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised with the overall service of the hotel staff. That's something that the other hotels in Minsk miss!! The Executive lounge was nice. Nice and spacious parking. I would have rated my stay as 10. What needs to be improved is the breakfast menu. The food and beverages dept need to add or make some changes in what is being offered everyday. You see the same stuff repeating in breakfast. Well, at least in my 3 nights stay I saw the same menu every morning. The same sausages, canned beans, fried mushrooms, same kinda potatoes, oats porridge. Eggs had a better selection. I would suggest some everyday changes in at least a couple or more on that. The day has to start with a hearty breakfast! The spa zone is good. Nice pool and sauna. What is missing is a hammam or a steam room. Would have been perfect with that. As for me, you guys are still the best in town. So, just maintain your level and quality and make more space for improvement. The hotel industry is huge and competitive. I travel a lot and I keep a list of the best places I stay in.
