No choice of bagel’s bread given Bread unevenly cut No napkins been put into to-go bag Tea cap the worse I drink from - almost melted from hot tea + had to rip off small thing that suppose to close hole where u drink from - and while driving it’s not very pleasant experience trying not to spill hot tea on yourself. Person who is making bagels can not give any advice on what to chose.. lagging customer service

Very pleased with this place. They have wide variety of bagels. Crisp, fresh and authentic. If you are an expat who lives in Minsk this place is definitely worth a visit. And if you just like tasty food with nice antorage it would be a great choice as well. Location of this place is also very interesting. Its situated in an atrsy part of town. К Bagel house появились вопросы. Заказывали не один раз, все было на уровне, сегодня же пришло все остывшее, по ощущениям, не первой свежести. В боуле с говядиной мясо было сухое, холодное, очень соленое и с кислым вкусом. Боул с курицей был немногим лучше, тоже все остывшее и курица не первой свежести. Сам bagel тоже был холодный. Доставка по времени составила 28 минут (с учетом приготовления), как за это время возможно качественно приготовить и передать курьеру заказ? Особенно при учете того, что от заведения не 5 минут езды.
