Die gebuchte Wohnung hat scheinbar schon ihre besten Jahre hinter sich. Es gibt unschöne Gebrauchsspuren an den Wänden und Fehler im Detail. Verkabelungen die nicht fertig installiert sind sind ein Bespiel. Ein vorhandener Wasserschaden im Badezimmer der sich ins Schlafzimmer ausdehnt und bisher nicht lokalisiert bzw. Repariert wurde.
