The rooms were clean and the beds were warm. It's got a great view of the island from a balcony out front. It was a great place to take photos of the stars. The place has a good feel to it and pretty cheap (around £10 for a twin room). Breakfast was adequate although not included in the price (about 20BOB pp). Consisting of bread, jams, cereal, yogurt and eggs. The toilets were awful. Really dirty and you had to use a bucket of water from a giant barrel outsise to flush, meaning whatever you've left behind doesn't really go away. With no soap to wash your hands with its an easy way to get gastro.

Hotel Inka Pacha (book on Airbnb) is owned and managed by Martin. It sits high up on the Isla del Sol, about 90 mins boat ride from Copacabana on lake Titicaca. It’s very new with beautiful and tasteful rooms, and the view? - to die for!! Our window overlooks the lake and Isla de La Luna, with the snow-capped Andes mountains in the background. If you are travelling in Bolivia and coming to this part of the country that borders Peru, don’t miss this!

Doña Justina & Don Martin are the most humble, beautiful souls sharing their home/hostel with the world the place is like an oasis with front view of the Magnificent lake Titicaca, the island of the moon and the Yumani town in the Island of the sun. The food is simply exquisite with the local native flavor. I love the porcelain aquarium bathrooms, you feel like inside the ocean. This is one of my top places to stay in the world 🙏🏼🌹🦋🌎

This HI hostel is sufficient for those on a small budget as most other options are more expensive. The rooms are as basic as it comes - literally just a bare room with a bed or two. We had pretty impressive views from our window however, and there is also a balcony to soak in the views even more. Bathrooms are slightly grim because of a lack of running water and quite often there seems to be a shortage of toilet paper as well. Showers exist, but are cold. Staff are friendly enough, but oddly we were refused a discount for being HI members because we didn't book in advance. There is also a very basic on site restaurant, but there are better options for...

The room was amazing - big, bright and well decorated. Beds were comfy. Bathroom had hot water and good pressure. Toilet was working well with flushing and all. The view over the lake from the room and the patio in front was amazing. The walk up to the “center” of the village is about 5-10 min. Breakfast was very good - 1 egg, fresh fruits, fresh warm bread with jam and tea.

The only sort-of negative thing is that when we arrived we asked if the breakfast was included and the host said yes and at the end they charged us 15 Bs./person for it. BUT… maybe we misunderstood, with our broken Spanish. So don’t take my...
