I had multiple bad experiences at this hotel and I'm sad it couldn't be solved directly It's the very first time that I had multiple bad experiences with a hotel. I'll be completely honest and exhaustive for this review.

The positives The breakfast and the food were amazing. The bed was very good and comfortable The view was nice (6th floor)

The negatives The staff was completely careless. First day: they forgot to give me my passport back. The room was smelling chemicals, I guess for the cleaning. But I had to open windows for 2 hours every day to make it ok. I got woke up at 5.30 for a "wake up call" I never asked for The wifi was not working 2/3 of the time because of "a technical issue". Don't plan to work properly there as it's unstable. I did a laundry. 1 pant was missing when the bag got back so I had to handle myself the missing item. The last night, I wanted to enjoy the sauna before leaving. It was not on so I had to ask to turn it on. Waited 10 minutes, asked them back that it wasn't turn on. They answered I had to wait an extra 20 minutes. Exactly what I did. After I came back 1 more time and finally was said that there was technical issue for the sauna. I lost an hour to wait for the sauna my last night and couldn't enjoy any at the end. There is a whatsapp for customer service. I asked a service to print 2 documents and never got answered.

At the end, I wanted to give proper feedbacks to the manager to improve these situations. I was told he would call me back in my room in the next 30 minutes, Never happened. I am sad to leave this review as I wished to give direct feedbacks but I didn't even have the...

We have just finished staying here for 4 nights and we could not fault it. ||The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful, especially Ernesto who went above and beyond. He is incredibly good at his job and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. ||We were upgraded to a king room as it was our honeymoon and also got a free cake, which was a lovely touch. ||The food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced(we ate there every night). The breakfast was great, all the usual stuff,  fruit, pastries, bread ect but you could also order eggs and omelettes. There were also two types of pancakes and french toast. Free tea, coffee and water all day. You get some free water in the room daily and a little chocolate. We even got some Christmas biscuits as we were there over Christmas.||The gym was the best equipped hotel gym we have ever used. The spa area was beautiful and I also had a massage which was fantastic ( 60 dollars for a 90 min sports massage). My husband did the death road mountain biking trip and I stayed in the hotel for the day, it was such a relaxing day after 6 weeks travelling. ||The hotel is located around 20-30 minutes outside of the centre. This was perfect for us as it was in a quieter area and we got in easily using a combination of Uber and the cable cars (which is a must do in la Paz). ||We absolutely loved our stay here and would recommend this hotel to anybody staying...

I stayed here for 4 nights while in La Paz. Great hotel brand new and great value at. $120 per night for the larger king bed room. Rivals any western style hotel for quality in 4* range at great price. Beds are comfortable and bedding is good. Bathrooms are quality and the shower is powerful and hot. Curtains are heavy and thick. No street noise. The hotel location is good/bad. 10km from city center so 30-60 mins to get there. Uber works and takes that 30-60 mins depending on traffic or walk/take cable car for 60 mins. I liked the location, others may find it too remote/too much of a commute. The hotel lower down so maybe some people will have slightly less altitude issues. I would have given 5* but took 1*off because the hotel referred me to a travel agent (their partner travel agent?) who quoted me 5x (500%) higher than the like for like market price from other travel agents. This was to visit the salt flats and other day trips around La Pez A small (20%+/-) premium, I am happy to pay when booking through a premium hotel but 500% is offensive and they should review...

You are near the heart of the city at this location and if you want to go to SOPOCACHI which was recommended to us and rightly so you are close to the cable cars. Take the green to the yellow at night it’s such a gorgeous view of the city. The rooms are beautiful with such an amazing view!! The service is amazing they will grab your bags and leave a white chocolate or macaroons in your room for you to come back to. The pool and hot tub sometimes don’t work but honestly you come to La Paz to explore don’t stick to this hotel but ask about where else to explore!

I stayed at this hotel in March 2022, a few weeks after they opened (I was actually their first customer). Everything was great, the interior is beautiful, and everybody took good care of me to make sure I had the best stay. I also had 2 spa treatments that were really nice, espacially a facial treatment which was amazing. Of course there are a few details to improve (some small things were missing or not working) but they just opened, so it’s normal. I highly recommend this peaceful bubble for a relaxing stay a bit outside of la paz.

Good location for your first day in La Paz for acclimatizing to altitude sickness. Although not closest to travel attractions, the staffs here are excellent. Very professional, dressed in formal suits, they are willing to help you at all costs. 24/7. Great thanks from S.Korea
