Indaiá Park Hotel — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Campo Grande

Overall the Indaia Park hotel in Campo Grande is a respectable hotel with minor faults on their way to becoming major. No parking out front, not even a drive to park your car while checking inmates things interesting. It is common practice to park on the sidewalk in front of the doors, although if you wait long enough there is potential for a ticket. None of the staff I came across during my 4 day stay spoke English, an inconvenience as we had the luxury of several translators but you should deffinately brush up on your portugese. The lobby and pool areas are clean and inviting, as is the buffet area for breakfast. (included in the cost of the room) The WiFi is also included with the cost of the room and has great reception throughout the hotel with average speeds, occasionally bogged down during peak hours. The rooms were spacious and clean, although I had a wall falling apart where wires appeared to have been ripped from the wall, from the ceiling to floor and then to the television. The Airconditioner was noisy and of questionable cleanliness although given its age I imagine it's impossible to make it look clean. The bathroom was small but functional with a shower only. On another business trip I would consider staying at the Indaia Park again, although I'd like to see what else is available. With family I think I would look for something a little more upscale, but the Indaia would deffinately...

Estive hospedado nesse hotel por algumas vezes e sempre senti um certo desprezo e também indiferença em relação a mim, principalmente pela atendente da recepção de nome MARTA, sendo que no período de 04/03/2020 a 24/03/2020 a mesma me fez cobranças de diárias na frente de hóspedes e funcionários, fato esse, que nunca deixei de pagar através de débito cartão, mesmo sem ser interpelado por essa infeliz. Vale ressaltar que em conversas com outros hóspedes os mesmos em nenhum momento relataram tal situação. Pois bem, no período acima informado logo no início da pandemia que acomete o mundo por diversas vezes a diretora do hotel de nome ALEXANDRA me interpelou na recepção e no restaurante do hotel informando que o hotel iria fechar e solicitando minha saída, novamente essa situação não ocorreu com outros hóspedes!!! Voltei ao hotel no dia 30/04/2020 para me hospedar e informei que ficaria por 5 dias. Um fato inédito ocorreu pois me cobraram as 5 diárias antecipadas, informando que era a nova “norma” do hotel, mas isso claramente era somente para mim. Ambas na recepção demonstrando uma insatisfação total com minha presença me encaminharam para um quarto sujo, onde passei uma toalha na janela e mostrei para a MARTA o quanto estava sujo. Ela me encaminhou para outro quarto onde me hospedei. Hoje 01/05/2020 passando na recepção disse a ela dessa situação dos valores cobrados antecipados para hospedagem e, disse ainda, que eles não tinham interesse nenhum na minha permanência NO HOTEL por motivos pessoais deles. Ela se calou como se consentisse e aí notei claramente o motivo. Sou NEGRO com muito orgulho e isso trata-se de RACISMO, não gostam DE NEGROS como não são obrigados a gostar, embora haja a lei de racismo.....isso seria me apequenar demais diante dessas pessoas tão insignificantes, ninguém é obrigado a gostar de negro, a lei serve para punição e não obrigação de aceitação. Business hotels are popping up in Brazil where hotel prices make Tokyo, Paris, London, etc seem reasonable. So the option for corporations that do not want to be ripped off is this sort of hotels, even if Campo Grande hotels do not show the outrageous prices of Rio, Sao Paulo and Brasilia to name a few. As every biz hotel Indaia Park has the basics. My room was a little bit odd since it had 4 beds, something that I had not experimented since my army days.
