Pousada Brisas do Espelho — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Eunápolis - Porto Seguro

We stayed here at the beginning of December; it was a little quiet and unfortunately, the weather was poor.||The site is expanding and will eventually be quite large. The rooms and all the individual areas are painted in beautiful colours, the staff are ever helpful and everywhere is nicely clean. The food in the restaurant and pool bar area is good and they make the loveliest caipirinhas.||There are 3 stunning beaches just a 10 minute walk and this together with the property, make for a lovely place for a holiday.||The decor is ambient, eclectic and stylish and much thought has gone into its design.||I suppose you would guess that there is a 'however' coming up.......we found this area to be isolated and as we didn't have a car, we would have had to get a taxi to other places; this proved very expensive. We spent quite a bit of time at the beach and the beach bars and restaurants where there was delicious food and scrummy drinks. These also were very expensive. We felt that the reason mainly for these prices, either on the beach or at the pousada, was that we were a captive audience.||It wasn't that we couldn't afford the prices, it was more that beach bars/restaurants normally would be more reasonable.||We supposed that if you are happy to stay at your resort/ beach area then this would be great. We usually like to chill but to see the area too and from this point, we felt rather cut off.||All in all, well done. Brisas, you are doing well in what you do. Just returned from a fantastic stay at Brisas do Espelho. The hotel is super charming, with cozy rooms, tastefully decorated common areas and an excellent breakfast (think of 20+ fresh delicacies made with local ingredients). ||||Staying in the hotel, you can benefit from the infrastructure of the adjacent day club - swimming pools, hammocks and lounging chairs facing the beach and its beautiful coral reefs. ||||From Espelho you can drive to Trancoso if you want some buzz. Although for an authentic relaxation experience I'd recommend staying at the more secluded beaches around the hotel. ||||The hotel arranges different day trips for the guests - Corumbau is definitely recommended. ||||It seems that by 2016 the hotel will be largely expanded, with new rooms, a big restaurant and a swimming pool. Gestão fraca e sem atenção pelo potencial do local.

Curtiu: O café da manhã era muito bom. Local silencioso. Um espaço grande para atividades ao ar livre como caminhada junto a natureza e praia a 15min andando.

Não curtiu: Não curtiu · Os pontos que tenho de referencia são: Alguns funcionários nem todos são debochados, vira as costas e deixa o cliente falando sozinho. Demora mais de 30 min para receber atendimento pelo WhatsApp. Cama com colchão muito molenga (foi preciso Explicar 3X que o problema era o colchão e não a cama). Tela do banheiro rasgada, entrava pernilongos Internet no quarto 6 péssima. No dia da chegada, era final de semana e o local teria um casamento. Ficou nítido que o foco foi para quem estava no casamento e não para nós que estavamos chegando. Mosca dentro do suporte de vidro no azeite da pizza. Pedimos pizza de burrata (burrata, manjericão e tomate) e mandaram pizza de presunto Parma. Retorno demorado. Precisa pedir a mesma coisa várias vezes para responder. Não possuem vinagre. Não tem água de coco todos os dias. Tivemos agua apenas no primeiro dia. O almoço foi sem comentários. Erram no pedido, veio 2 bifinhos com no Máximo 100 gramas. O bife veio torrado de um lado, não foi perguntando o ponto da carne e a salada veio errada, além da batata frita que veio torrada. No geral cobraram 90 por refeição onde somente o arroz e o feijão estavam bem feitos. O mais triste é que o gerente veio trazer as refeições e não deu a menor. O Gerente (Rafael) em nenhum momento se apresentou como sendo gerente, não se importou em dar nenhuma satisfação e no primeiro contato que tive com ele o mesmo não tentou soluções e sim deu muitas e muitas desculpas, quanto ao atendimento, gestão do financeiro (já que perdi um dia dando retorno e enviando comprovantes pois o time não encontrava o pagamento). Quem busca um atendimento personalizado e diferenciado (pessoas simpáticas, gerente preocupado com seu bem estar), recomendo buscar...
