Pousada Manacá — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Eunápolis - Porto Seguro

This pousada is located in a wonderful park, with a lot of exotic trees and plants. The atmosphere is very relaxing comforted by a nice, albeit smallish, swimming pool and an attractive area where customers take breakfast ( excellent although identical every day) as well as dinner. Guests can also enjoy drinks throughout the day either by pool side or in the shade. The view of the Atlantic ocean and sand beaches protected by numerous palm trees is breathtaking. On that basis, the pousada should rate a top rating. Unfortunately, there were areas where the it fell short: the internet, in particular, was very erratic and at times totally dropped out. The front office proved unresponsive even after I pointed out problems in the room (doors/windows) which were never fixed. Although the staff in general was very friendly, they did not prove reliable when asked to address specific issues ( towels, soap..). Attention to details is definitely not a strength...

My friends and I wanted to take a long trip away and found that the Manacá was the perfect location! We wanted to stay in one location but also have access to day trips to beaches and other towns. The pousada is en route to Trancoso and Caraiva making it very easy for day trips. The pousada is also very close to the centro which boasts some of the best cuisine I have eaten during my stay in Brazil. The breakfast is included in your stay and it will not disappoint ! The fresh fruit, crispy bread, an assortment of wonderful cakes and excellent coffee made us all very excited to get up and start our day. The infinity pool is to die for. While the beaches in Southern Bahia are beautiful, sometimes all you want is to lay by a pool with a beautiful view and avoid sticking sand as well as annoying street vendors. Highly...

Pousada muito limpa, localizada um pouco afastada do centro,porém não da 15 min até o mesmo, local bem aconchegante vista linda. Entretanto quase todos os funcionários são PÉSSIMOS em fornecer dicas para aproveitarmos melhor a hospedagem e desfrutarmos o maximo do incrível lugar que é Arraial e região ; alguns roteiros ninguém disse qual seria a melhor forma para ir e vir e quando ir, na maioria dos passeios,ou quase todos,depende da maré e existem vans ou ônibus para estes locais,mas na pousada ninguém infomou me sobre nada disso; Acredito que ganham alguma comissão ao locarem veículos aos hóspedes e a gasolina na BA na segunda semana de Maio já estava a pouco menos de Cinco Reais,fora este preço absurdo do combustivel + aluguel do veiculo, entre outros... é muito mais comodo e econômico se deslocar de Arraial ou em Arrail por meio destes transportes :Vans e Ônibus! Colhi informações preciosas e precisas em um Hostel (HiHostel) pois já conhecia a rede e sabia que poderia obter orientações que a MANACÁ deveria me fornecer... No quinto dia de hospedagem na Manacá recebi algumas informações através da GOVERNANTA da pousada que estava cobrindo folga de funcionário, entretanto já havia colhido no hostel e informei-a sobre este ocorrido também e no sexto dia outro o Sr. Celso (funcionário da Manacá), acredito que após ser "cobrado" pela governanta, veio a me questionar se quando eu cheguei ninguém havia me fornecido tais informações...O mesmo afirmou que Eu não havia perguntado a ele e que ele era o "paliteiro"! Prontamente respondi : Pensei que todos falassem a mesma língua. Resumindo a pousada é ótima mas tirei férias para conhecer a pousada e sim Arraial...
