Hotel Vila Galé Fortaleza — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Fortaleza

We stayed at the Vila Galé in Fortaleza this summer. We were looking for a hotel close to the beaches and the city, and with a good affordable price. Already with food included and room service, and we couldn't miss the pool. And we couldn't be happier with our experience.|| It’s a four-star hotel,from the pictures we were expecting the building to be modern but in fact it has a very rustic style inside. One thing that surprised everyone was that the rooms were very large and comfortable and the bathrooms were also very large. Besides, the service is super good because there people are super friendly and funny. However one thing that should improve is parking because one of the parking is private and the other is shared with the hotel in front, and the convenience stores inside the hotel were not good because there were no things that should have (like slippers and swimsuits), not just souvenirs.|| This hotel is obviously not that cheap, but it is worth the price because it is a very quiet place, very well located, with a beautiful view to the sea, with some very good foods and activities for children.This hotel is ideal for going with children up to 7 years old because it has many activities, and to go with friends too as it is cheap and quality. Pior estadia da minha vida, ano passado passamos as férias no mesmo hotel e no de cumbuco, tivemos algumas queixas mas nada que justificasse a não volta, pois esse ano a decepção veio e em grande escala! Fiquei 50 minutos aguardando um cardápio para almoçar, garçons com cara feia e pessimos para atender, se reclamar o atendimento piora! Café da manhã em alta temporada? Prepare-se para ficar muito tempo em pé pois não há mesas para sentar, quando achar espere mais tempo ainda para ela ser limpa! Não tem talher, copos e pratos, alimentos então nem preciso dizer! A reposição é lenta e precária! Tapioca ou cuscuz você tem que aguardar uma fila IMENSA pq são lerdos demais e ainda colocam UMA pessoa para fazer isso! Você já inicia o dia estressado! Se quiser tomar um café da manhã digno da tarifa caríssima que se paga, acorde às 6 da manhã e esteja na porta às 6:30am, caso contrário você terá que “brigar” por um pãozinho! A barraca da praia a mesma coisa, parece que estão te fazendo um favor em atender as pessoas, péssimo atendimento a não ser por um único garçom que foi super cuidadoso e amoroso com os hóspedes, pena que não lembro o nome dele! De resto são todos de cara feias principalmente os que sabiam que eu havia feito a reclamação! Meu filho de 5 anos disse que tinha medo de um deles que olhava pra ele com cara feia! A limpeza do quarto só foi satisfatória em 1 dia, sendo que houve uma mudança de quarto pq o mesmo fedia mofo! Não retiram o lixo, não colocam papel higiênico e nem trocam as toalhas! As toalhas para piscina FEDEM URINA! É muito nojento! Aqui deixo um elogio, Tia Day da recreação, essa sim merece reconhecimento, um amor de pessoa, super prestativa, animada e de sorriso encantador! Amamos conhecê-la e ela era a única parte boa do hotel! Tentamos sair do hotel porém fomos “forcados” a ficar com a promessa de que melhorariam o atendimento, ofereceram um jantar e vinho mas eu não quis! As desculpas eram de novos funcionários que não estavam bem treinados (como se isso fosse culpa nossa) ou de funcionários que estavam faltando com atestado médico! Mas pra cobrar mais de 10 mil reais do hóspede não tem desculpa não né? Elevadores sempre quebrados, a garagem é uma bagunça só! Ninguém para ajudar a organizar os carros, param de qualquer jeito, isso se você conseguir entrar na garagem pq durante a noite/madrugada tive que ligar na recepção para alguém aparecer por lá, sendo que o estacionamento é pago! E existe uma guarita que sempre está vazia! Quiseram cobrar também R$16,50 pq pedi um garfo emprestado para alimentar meu filho, neste dia ele comeu macarrão com um palito de dentes! Nunca me senti tão humilhada, no dia do cardápio eu até chorei pq eu queria almoçar e não consegui! E faço questão de NÃO recomendar essa rede de hotéis! Presenciei também um turista gringo tentando pedir uma batata frita e a funcionária não entendia ele, sendo que a rede é internacional! Resumindo, não joguem o seu dinheiro no lixo como fizemos! E quando pedirem coisas no hotel anotem, pois eles sempre colocam coisas a mais na cobrança, se você gastar demais acaba pagando sem prestar a atenção!...

Just had 1 extra night here and it was a pleasant one.||||The hotel is quite big and quite busy however once youre in your room its quite quiet.||||The view we had was not great was just of the adjacent hotel wall.||||One really bad point about this hotel was that my room didnt have Brazilian sockets.. only European, and I chose to leave my European adaptor at home in Lisbon!||||The pool area wasnt crowded but got a little crowded towards the evening time. ||||Didnt eat in the hotel for my time there so I cant comment on the food.||||Really close to the beach and I think the beach bar directly across the road belongs to the hotel, so if youre inclusive you can have food and drinks there too.||||Seen some other reviews about the rooms looking old, so theyre not super modern but all I really needed was a comfy bed and working shower!!||||Definitely sees itself as a luxury hotel, and it was better than the previous hotel I stayed in for a week before.||||Would return - travelled in...
