BEAUTIFUL HI HOSTEL — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Jardim

I stayed here for 6 nights and was very happy with it...the only slight downside is its location towards one end of town so a bit of a walk to the main area of restaurants etc..but then Bonito isn't very large so it doesn't take long to walk...you can also get basic meals from the lovely lady at the cafeteria, for lunch and dinner, so the location wouldn't stop me staying there again.||Stayed in a private room, large double bed plus 2 bunk beds, walk-in closet for storage, large bathroom with good hot shower. One blanket is supplied, which was just enough for the cold nights. Free breakfast was good for a hostel. Swimming pool that is well maintained, pool table, TV room...outdoor and covered areas to sit etc. Wi-fi. A laundry area where you can hand-wash your clothes for free. Good overall service, not too expensive and helpful and mostly friendly staff... Apart from the kitchen! With the notable exception of Bruno (and another petite girl whose name I've forgot, sorry), who seems to enjoy what he does and is genuinely friendly and inviting, the rest of the kitchen staff seemed really unhappy, uncooperative and genuinely uninviting, specially during breakfast time!! By the way, Breakfast was my other big disappointment with this place, thus I couldn't give the hostel a 5-star review. The complementary meal has seen much better days (as.I recall from my previous experience): bread is unpalatable, there's a poor choice of fruit (if any),.coffee is dreadful and sometimes they didn't even bother to replenish the cheese slices or the egg...

This hostel has everything you need for a perfect stay! You can easily purchase bus tickets at the reception, and the bus will even pick you up right from the hostel. The staff is incredibly friendly, always greeting guests with a warm smile and eager to assist with anything you need.
