Excellent view and location but unfortunately it won't be enough to be awarded more stars as there were many things that didn't meet what it was promised during booking. I booked my stay for 2 weeks, and I went for the best room. First time in a room where the frigo bar is completely empty, as you have to buy snacks and beverages from the reception. No iron in the room, you have to request it everytime at the reception and return it right away, which is rather annoying. Couple of times cleaners did not replenished the shampoo and conditioner and I was left with nothing. The bathroom sink is baby size, you can barely wash your face without splashing water all over. Swimming pool is a joke, from the pictures it looks spacious, but the reality is that besides being very small, it has no deep end, the maximum water level is up to the hips line. The parking space is extremely narrow and low, if you're not an experienced driver or have a big car you might scratch your vehicle, they should signal this and the staff should make the visitor aware. In terms of cleaningness, the rooms are cleaned everyday. The breakfast has a wide variety of food and drinks, however it gets pretty crowded, so be prepared to queue for your breakfast and lots of people and kids making noise early in the morning. Maybe consider breakfast time through slots, so that to streamline the crowd? ||I get it, it's a 3-star hotel so you can't expect much, but certainly what they shouldn't do is scamming visitor with unrealist pictures of the building and the rooms that doesn't reflect reality. I have tried to contract the hotel services for a week in August/2022 for a couple that will get married (for their honey moon period). The reservation process was extremely frustrated. They did not accept me to pay for the stay services with my credit card, because I will not be the one who will use those days. So, if you want to provide a gift for other, this is not an option for you. ||||When I tried to negotiate it with their manager, I tried for several days, and no one pass the contacts of their Manager, and everyone promised me he will call be to me, what never happened.
