Inn Port Trapiá — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Natal

São Miguel do Gostoso is a beautiful town.. the beach is just so pretty. Since it is windy it's great for windsurfers and kitesurfers. However, not so good if you are just looking to lay by the beach, suntan and drink coconut water. The beach itself has no infrastructure, so you can't rent chairs or buy drinks.. and we walked a long ways on the beach and the B&Bs and hotels dont offer that either - which was strange for me. Porto do Trapia itself is cute, clean, and the breakfast is ok. There are caked and fuit juices, breads and the local tapioca. The Pousada doesn't have a restaurant, so to have other meals you'd have to go to the town, or other nearby hotels with restaurants. Our room was clean but had a TERRIBLE smell of sewage.. I dont know why.. That bothered me terribly, so i didnt enjoy the room very much.||On a positive note, the Pousada has a wonderful pool, overlooking the sand/beach.||It's worth the stay if you are on a budget, just be prepared for...

Há alguns meses atrás fiz uma reserva com mais 4 amigos para me hospedar no Porto Trapiá e aproveitar o réveillon do Gostoso. Por conta da pandemia, dois de cinco não podemos ir. O preço inicial passado para nós era de R$7.000,00 para três pessoas (triplo) e depois pedimos para adicionar mais duas pessoas (que dormiriam em um colchonete e NA VARANDA [o que aceitamos]) pelo preço de R$8.500,00. Como dois não iriam mais, perguntamos sobre um possível reembolso de R$1.500,00 mesmo sabendo que a ÚNICA cláusula de reembolso com estorno era o cancelamento da festa. Nesse momento, o dono da pousada nos disse que por bom senso nos reembolsaria. Ok! Confiamos. Meus outros amigos foram, lá o dono disse que já havia combinado comigo sobre o reembolso (mentira!). Após o checked-out dos meus amigos pararam de nos respondem por dias, ignorando áudios, fotos, mensagens, mesmo estando on-line. Somente foram capazes de nos retornar quando comentamos no Instagram dos mesmos.|Deplorável! O que está combinado não sai caro, poderiam ter me dito que não iriam nos reembolsar, mas preferiram agir de má fé e não retornar ao cliente, não deixando de mãos atadas e sem notícia nenhuma do que fariam com nosso...

A nice place near of the beach, but not in front. The breakfast is in a top of a little build and we can see the sea. Is very good! The price is very good, cheaper than others places similar. The rooms is good, with a little kitchen to prepared salads, soups and drink a glass of wine. Good to couple. Ah! The sheets are too old and need to be changed. This is the only thing bad....
