Hotel Girassol Plaza — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Palmas

This hotel used to be the best in Palmas but has really gone downhill. When we arrived, we noticed immediately that the hotel is under construction even though there was no information at all about it when we made the reservation. The hotel was a horrible mess outside and the entrance was really bad and filthy, definitely not somewhere you take your 90 year old parents. When I told the guy at front desk, he didn’t even answer me. The rooms were very old, outdated and ugly. Breakfast was chaotic as there was a crowd and the food we ordered and reordered, never arrived but there was food other than that on the buffet including really good fresh bread, the only thing we enjoyed about the hotel. Não vale o que custa. |Este figura entre os hotéis menos baratos de Palmas e deixa muito a desejar. |O serviço é de péssima qualidade. |Cara feia e "má vontade" são as características básicas dos funcionários da recepção para quaisquer que sejam as suas demandas, tanto que simples informações vem com peso de favor, ainda que estejamos pagando. |Estarei hospedado aqui até quarta-feira 27/09, chegamos há 2 dias e até agora tivemos um total de "zero" atendimentos cordiais (com exceção da moça da tapioca no café e o rapaz da toalha da piscina). |Fora o serviço péssimo, temos cofre do quarto que não funciona, trincas diversas em azulejo, paredes e portas em más condições. |Enfim, o hotel é lindo pra quem olha de fora ou vai até a recepção antes do atendimento, dali pra dentro, só tratamento com indiferença, má vontade e zeladoria sem capricho.|Vocês podem me perguntar: "Se ainda está hospedado, porque não reclama pessoalmente?". Ao chegarmos o atendente da recepção atendeu-nos como se estivéssemos pedindo hospedagem de favor, julgamos que por estarmos de mochila e desarrumados voltando do Jalapão, mas pode ser que seja só má vontade mesmo.
