This hotel was great. We got to Porto de Galinhas without booking any hotel in advance and from the options with rooms available, they offered the best package (we stayed only one night). Checkout was extended in several hours without any additional charge.||||The hotel is right on the beach and they also have a swimming pool area. It is located just off from the Village, which for us was good as we wanted peace and a good night of sleep (you walked to the village on the sand - around 20 minutes of a pleasant walk). Service was as promised, and all of our requests were fulfilled immediately.||||Breakfast is very good and complete, with a lot of local food (free).||||Ups: Great value for the area... Durante minha recente estadia, observei que alguns aspectos da infraestrutura do hotel poderiam ser melhorados para oferecer uma experiência mais confortável aos hóspedes.

Colchão: O colchão do meu quarto estava visivelmente desgastado, o que comprometeu a qualidade do meu sono. Recomendo a substituição dos colchões antigos por novos, garantindo maior conforto e bem-estar dos hóspedes.

Lençóis: Infelizmente, o lençol fornecido apresentava rasgos e marcas de desgaste, o que afetou a percepção de cuidado com os detalhes. Sugiro que seja feita uma revisão no enxoval do hotel, com a substituição de peças danificadas, além de um controle de qualidade mais rigoroso.

Praia: embora o hotel tenha acesso a praia, a área não é adequada para banho devido as condições que podem trazer risco para os hóspedes e só soube quando havia chegado no hotel. Sugiro que essa informação esteja mais explícita.

Atendimento: em nenhum momento deixou a desejar! Pessoal da recepção e as meninas da cozinha super simpáticas e atenciosas!

Alimentação: comidas bem servidas e saborosa. Café da manhã bom

Senti falta de ter um filtro de água potável disponível para os hóspedes o que hoje é muito comum de ter nos hotéis/ pousadas.

A pousada não fica tão longe do centro porém ir a pé pode se tornar cansativo e ir de Uber/ 99 as vezes demora um pouco para aceitarem a corrida ( observei o isso em todos os lugares daqui de Porto essa demora)

Ao final da estadia pode ser percebido que baixa manutenção feita pelo hotel/ pela estrutura acaba que o valor da hospedagem pode sair cara, sabemos que por conta da maresia é realmente difícil de manter por isso, eu aconselharia uma manutenção mais precisa nos quartos e nas...
