Santa Hospedagem — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata do Rio de Janeiro

Voy a ser muy breve para no aburrir... para comenzar llegamos con reserva y no había habitación para nosotros, eran las 23hs, la gente afuera descontrolada por carnaval y el dueño del hostel de joda por ahí. Por suerte nos ubicaron en departamento, tuvimos que pagar mas caro dos noches ya que era epoca de carnaval, sin desayuno porque en el hostel seguían sin lugar el cual HABÍAMOS RESERVADO. No fue nada eso y lo tomamos con la mejor onda. Entramos a la habitación había un cepillo de dientes en el baño, el pie de baño estaba negro d mugre, y las sabanas con tierra o arena no se muy bien. La segunda noche llovió y se nos mojo el colchón, avisamos y solo nos dieron mas sabanas para hacer muchas capas de manera tal que pudiéramos dormir sin llegar a mojarnos con el colchón- Volvió a llover la noche siguiente y cuando llegamos por suerte habían corrido la cama y no llego a mojarse tanto, lo arreglaron? NO. La ultima noche dormimos con miedo porque caminaban en el techo y nos caía tierra a la cama por ende al cuerpo y la cabeza, sentíamos ruidos y pensamos que ya nos robaban. POR FIN nos íbamos, la mejor onda tanto de mi novio como la mía, que paso?? no nos dejaban ir porque habíamos pagado 7 noches y nos ibamos a la mañana del 8vo día, y creo que TODOS estamos de acuerdo que es por noche en hoteleria, hasta en booking el mismo hospedaje te calcula POR NOCHE, tratamos de hacerle ver que habíamos pagado lo correcto que no debían cobrarnos una noche mas porque la salida la teníamos el lunes (cuando correspondía) y cuando al fin lo entendieron nos cobraron cosas del mini bar que JAMAS hubieron puestas, pero las pagamos para podernos ir porque se nos pasaba el colectivo a cabo...

What we didn't like: The pillow cases were stained (we asked for replacements, but those were stained too), the shower curtain had a decent amount of dark mold growing on the inside, the bed was quite hard, the water in the shower didn't become warm after 15 minutes of waiting so we had to take cold showers, and the room was quite bright at night (from the hallway lights). Excellent customer service by Elizângela. I called several times in order to make sure we'd get parking in the nearby parking lot. She was most helpful. The room was clean and the AC worked well; there is a small mini bar; the bathroom is small but the water flows well and at the right temperature.
