Bekassin Botucatu Hotéis — Hotel in Região Imediata de Botucatu

I had originally planned to stay in the Bekassin for 2 weeks, but after just a few hours, I decided that I had to change hotels and booked a different hotel for the remainder of my stay.||||Upon entering the room, I turned on the lights but they were so dim that the light coming in from the bathroom was brighter. The room did not have much in the way of storage for clothes and the two shelves were dirty so I didn't even want to unpack my clothes. When I went in to shower after about 24 hours of travel, the shower had enormous amounts of grime and even the shower head was gross. Half the lights above the mirror were missing. And the toilet was loose (wasn't bolted down well)||||I went to complain to the front desk and they couldn't move me to another room. After seeing the dismal state of the room, I could tell that the room isn't cared for well and no longer wanted to stay there. I did try to go relax by the pool as there was an advertisement for a pool bar. But the bar is not a real bar, just a countertop by the pool. To get drinks, we left the hotel to go to a restaurant. This hotel looks a bit sad, it needs a good renovation. Having said that, it was very clean, comfortable and priced right. The front desk personnel were very nice and did everything to make us feel comfortable. They let us use their adaptors for the plugs, but the room had extra wall outlets compatible with our American plugs. Spacious rooms and bathroom, nice quiet neighborhood and delicious breakfast included with your stay, oh yes, and they will make you the best eggs (any style) if you ask nicely. O pior de todos que fiquei até hoje eu com 40 anos de idade, chegamos tarde muito cansados,fomos deitar,quarto muito fedido,o atendente na reserva disse que era ar condicionado mais era um ventilador todo empoeirado e cheio e barulhento,sem contar o barulho da rodovia que passa ao lado,assim que o dia amanheceu a revolta foi grande,quarto todo embolorado,cheio de mosquitos por causa do bolor,roupas de cama sujas,toalhas de banho fedendo,isso que minhas filhas eu e minha esposa temos sinusite,renite,fomos tomar café logo pra sair sair do hotel o mais rápido possível,o café da manhã o mais ruim que eu já vi,não tinha nada,suco era em pó daqueles mais ruins que vende de kilo,uma torta de salsicha horrível de uma semana parece,só comi pão com presunto e mussarela a seco foi o que salvou porém não era de boa qualidade nem o pão nem o presunto e nem a mussarela,como não tinha absolutamente nada minha esposa perguntou se tinha bolo,a mulher buscou um bolo que tava na geladeira a muito tempo duro péssimo de mais de semana que tava la, ninguém conseguiu comer,sem contar que a mulher ficava vigiando a gente onde íamos como se tivesse muito coisa,com uma cara de menosprezo,ao sair pedi pra falar com o gerente,mais o atendente disse que não tinha gerente era o dono mesmo porém ele não se encontrava,fiz a reclamação porém vi que nem deram bola paguei 275,00 pra ficar no pior hotel que já hospedei das 11:30 da noite até 9:00 da manhã,um conselho nunca se...
