Maresias de Itu - Residencial — Hotel in Região Imediata de Caraguatatuba-Ubatuba-São Sebastião

We had a really nice stay at Pousada Verano. The pousada has a really nice and well-kept common area where you can lounge and enjoy the day. They also had a pool which we didn’t use since the pousdada is a short walk (about 5-10min) from the beach. The pousada is located in a street that has other pousadas as well as restaurants and bars. The closest market and farmacy are about 5-10min walk. The whole area felt really safe to walk even at night time. The room felt clean and it had everything that we needed for a short stay. The only minus is that they did some renovation in / next to the pousada but the sounds did not really bother us since we didn’t spend that much time in the room. The breakfast was quite good, lots of fresh fruits and good coffee! The staff was also friendly and helpful. There was one person in the reception who spoke english and she gave us some great tips about the area, restaurants and even helped us by booking a transportation from maresias to sao paulo airport which was awesome. Thank you and hopefully we can visit maresias and pousada...

My girlfriend and me stayed here for 6 days to surf and chill in Maresias. We came in Mar 2017 and payed 88€ per night for a deluxe double bed room with aircon. The room was very comfortable and they cleaned it every day (fresh towels were provided). There is also a 20m pool for swimming and to hang out. They breakfast was included and ok. Its only a 5min walk (300m) to Maresias beach. The place is very calm and the staff is friendly...

This pousada is located one road behind the main road trailing the coast line. In the neighbourhood you will find a nice pizzeria. The beaches of Maresias are only 5 minutes away. The cabins are simple, the private terrace with hammock offers a nice touch. Breakfast was great with fresh fruits, a variety of cereals and bread. Our visit was during the low season, value for money...
