Pousada da Sesmaria — Hotel in Região Imediata de Caraguatatuba-Ubatuba-São Sebastião

OK this is a quite nice "pousada" as in Brazil they define a hotel that has some amenities like a kitchen. The room is spacious with a spartan decoration. It is clean and well located right in the city center and very close to the ferry that goes to Ilhabela.||Na evaluation comparing to other hotel in a world wide level would probably have one star less in my evaluation, but as a local evaluation it is not easy to find a better one around here.||One last remark, the hotel is located very close to a evangelic church and you may hear singing comming from there in the night, nothing that would disturb you if you are a heavy sleeper...

Amazing! We loved the stay. The owner speaks English, is super helpful and nice. The breakfast was delicious and we loved our one night stay. Place comes with parking which was really convenient for us as we had a rental car. Our room was nice and cosy although maybe if would use a bit of a refurb soon? Just leaving it as a point to consider. It is a great location from the port so we had a walk in the morning and took the ferry to Ilha Bela (for free when you are on-foot passenger). It was great! At checkin, afternoon manager didnt speak any english so it was a bit hard to get direction for parking, its all oneway streets and parking entrance is on side and u need to have a garage door opener. Also we requested a room woth two twin bed but was give full and no rooms with twin were avai. Be carefull about that, but overall nothing to spoil ur vacation||||Great location by harbor, but not beaches so pick based on what you want to do. Clean room, indoor parking, good breakfast...
