We booked a nights accommodation and stayed as a couple.||The room we had, had two single beds with place for two large luggage bags and two carry bags. The room was clean.|There was a single small hershy chocolate and a small bottle of water, it's not clear if it's complimentary or not.|||Pros|We managed to stay for about 10 minutes of the breakfast time. The breakfast was compressive. There were teas, a coffee machine (no cappuccinos or lattes), scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, variety of pastries cakes, breads, several fresh fruit and yogurt.||Cons|We checked in around 11pm.When we went to shower, the hot water was luke warm on its strongest level. We didn't raise the issue as it was already late and the time to resolve the issue will take up our sleeping time. In the morning the water was hot.|We asked if we could get a prepacked takeaway breakfast as we were leaving early, the reception said this was not possible. We were informed we had to purchase from the restaurant, if we wanted something to eat earlier than 5am.|The inner shower glass has black mold|The trash bin in the room had trash in it when we arrived. |As the hotel is near the airport, I could hear the aircrafts take off at 4am in the morning. |The beds are soft.||Notes:|The comfort hotel is directly opposite this hotel.|An Uber to the hotel costs about 40 Brazilian reels while a taxi is about 53 Brazilian reals.|The drive to the hotel from the airport is under 15 minutes.|Breakfast opens at 5am.||Tips.|If possible sit at the front of bus so u get out first. When u arrive at the hotel there will be a long check in line as the bus can be full of passengers.|When taking the bus, the directions mention bus stop 4, note there maybe be other buses at the stop so look around for the blue bus at nearby bus stops not just stop 4. |The directions to the pick up point the hotel emails u is a bit confusing. As u come out of terminal 2, look where the D and E check in sections are and the bus stop is outside that on the ground floor.|There are specific pick up and drop off times the hotel emails for the bus, those times were accurate. |When u arrive inform the receptionist of the time you want to select for departure from the hotel to the airport. ||Overall |The hotel met our needs for a few hours of sleep, therefore it is adequate to book...
Read moreLet's start by the obvious: it's an airport hotel and its purpose is very clear, so high expectations, aware of what the brand offers worldwide, should be kept aside. That clearly stated, the hotel is indeed excellent.|There is no venue of interest nearby except for the airport itself, which can be reached by shuttle around the clock at specific times. The shuttle doesn't reach terminal 1 (Azul/Voepass), one gets off at terminal 2 and takes the airport bus there.|Check-in is fast and assertive, the lobby is open, inviting and integrated with the bar and restaurant. For an airport hotel expecting guests with luggage, the lift is rather tiny.|Rooms are spacious enough for two people spending the night, the bedlinen smells so good, you want to stay wrapped in it all the time. TV has enough channels and can be linked with streaming, internet works superbly well; the AC is a bit loud and rooms could be better isolated, yet none of those prevents a good night's sleep.|Breakfast is plentiful and is served in the restaurant adjacent to the bar. After attending an exhibition fair in São Paulo, I decided to go to Machu Picchu, Peru for hiking for few days. I had two luggage that I did not want to take them with me while I was traveling to Peru. I stayed at this property before I left for Machu Picchu. When I tried to check out at 4:00am and left my two luggage to hotel and my request was rejected even I had another reservation with the same hotel when I am back from Peru. The hotel staff said to me that they would only keep luggage for less than 24 hours. I was shocked. It was 4:00am and I was heading to airport to catch 7:00am flight. I immediately called Marriott Hotel nearby and asked (Mr. Claudia) if they could please keep my luggage for few days and he confirmed me immediately on the phone. By the time I arrived Marriott to drop my luggage, front desk Mr. Lucas had already knew my situation and welcomed me. I barely managed this happening, and caught my flight.
