Not the place you want to go if you care about your family's safety. I recommend you read this before making a decision to go to this place: I was threatened by the owners/managers themselves for not moving my car the second they told me to so they could park their own car in that lot (they didn't bother to ask me nicely, in addition, the owner's husband pulled my hand in a very aggressive way while I was walking to the room with my son (8-month-old child). They saw me take my son to the room and they didn't care, they didn't want to wait even a few seconds. Anyway I went to my room to take care of my son but within seconds the owner's wife was banging on our door with her fist or foot -I thought the door would break down - remember they know about my 8 month old son. All this happened considering they confirmed my reservation for a parking lot for 10 leva per day, but for them it seams the confirmation of the reservation means nothing. On the same day I saw some guys along with aggressive husband looking at our balcony talking in Russian about us. I was really worried about my family's safety and was prepared to call the police and the embassy. I didn't leave my room that day hoping things would calm down. I didn't speak to the owners until my departure when I just pay and leave. All this fiasco just for parking which I chose to pay for instead of free parking on the street just to not ruin my vacation for a parking spot, anyway the owners ruined my stay because of it even I choose to pay for it. These people are not there for tourism, they just want your money on their terms. P.S. you don't have cleaning services (only before check-in), toilet paper and garbage bags, you have to bring from home all the materials needed to...
Read moreThis is not a hotel! There are no signs of hospitality from the staff and no way to pay with credit/debit card - only in cash. This building has a few apartments that are being given to guests. The other rooms are owned by other people. I was shocked from the way how the maintence staff welcomed us - with yelling that "there is another entrance", threads and swearing! The receptionist speaks no other languages than Ukrainian and works only from 9 to 6 h. We had to check out early in the morning which was almost impossible - we had to call the second owner of the building so he can call the manager who had to woke up the receptionist so we can check out! , The bathrooms (in the both rooms that we took) were not cleaned from the previous guests and the overall hygiene in this place is really low. I dont recommend staying there. But if you insist - don't trust Google maps for the adress - it's false and mistaken - you will have to speak with the Ukrainian receptionist or the maintence...
Read moreThe location is easily accessible by car and there are plenty of parking spots available around the property. The rooms are large and the apartment is well equipped. Each room had its own air conditioning unit. Both bedrooms had their own bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The living room was also equipped with a bathroom with toilet and sink and a fully functional kitchen, The couch was good enough for an adult. The balcony is large and it offers a great view of the sea. The host is friendly and helpful and our towels were replaced after two days. The surroundings were very quiet and we had no problem with music or noise coming from the seafront or neighbours.
The elevator is a bit shabby, but...
